Ricky rang the bell but I missed it. He was circling back to ring it again when I met up with him in the driveway. He asked if we had any concerns and addressed them all (ant hills, spraying the inside of the house and knocking down spider webs). He was professional and did a great job.

We called Clear Defense Pest control in the morning and Nick came out the same day. He was really helpful, sprayed the whole house, inside and out and explained the process. So far, it’s been an very easy company to work with!

The technicians are always pleasant and ready to answer any questions I have. The company calls ahead of time to let me know what day to expect their visits. They are willing to return if for some reason I’m unhappy with my service. I’d recommend them to anyone who has pests that need to be treated or for routine prevention. Ricky was my technician today

Josh came by for the quarterly service call today and was very in his pest control exterior on the exterior of your home, a porch and garage. We declined inside treatment today as we have seen no spiders or bugs inside. He also performed the termite inspection. Great job Josh!

In spite of quarterly service, we had an occurrence of ants. Clear Defense got us on the schedule within 3 days. Aaron Metz is a consummate professional. He gave his expert assessment of the what was occurring, laid out several treatment options, and took care of things expediently. I fell like I got great service.
