Great experience having my roof replaced by Clearwater Home Services! The crew was professional, on time and did excellent work. The Clearwater team explained the process clearly, checked in with me throughout the project, completed the job as scheduled and left my property clean when finished. My new roof looks great and gives me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Clearwater Home Services to anyone needing roofing work or any other home construction project.
We asked Clearwater do an addition onto our house, to add a bonus room. It involved demolition of our roof in a bedroom and bathroom and then building on top of that area. It was crazy to have our bedroom exposed to the sky for a few days, but Clearwater got the new roof built and covered in only a few days, keeping us dry and the project moving. They were great to work with throughout—good people, good communication, a subcontractor team that follows them and felt trustworthy. The workmanship was excellent, the price was fair, and we love the new room (as well as the other side projects we added along the way). Definitely would recommend them!

We had a great experience working with Clearwater Home Services on our home addition. They added a new bedroom and a gorgeous bathroom that honestly feels more like something you’d find in a boutique hotel than a home remodel.
Everyone involved was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Each crew that came through did solid work and clearly cared about the end result.
Big thanks to Kelly and Brandy for being so responsive and helpful throughout the project. When we hit bumps in the road they were quick to come up with creative solutions that added even more charm. They even went the extra mile to get us moved into the new space before Thanksgiving, which we really appreciated.
We’re extremely happy with how everything turned out and would gladly recommend Clearwater Home Services to anyone considering an addition or remodel.

Clearwater took care of a small bathroom remodel for us. Of the 3 bids we got, they had the best customer service by FAR and the lowest price by about $20,000. Both of the owners were regularly on the job site which is not something we are used to seeing when hiring out for contracting work. They did a phenomenal job with the project, and their employees were incredibly respectful when they came to work. They took the time to check on the location of our cats and dogs daily to make sure they didn’t get out of the house or into the construction area. A+ people and an A+ company!!
