Clegg Auto

Friendly auto mechanic that does a great job. They have kept my old work truck running smoothly even after I thought it might be beyond help. It still has many useful years ahead of it. They also do great work on my van. Nice, clean waiting room with wifi access while they work in your car. Update - they are still awesome. Very friendly and attentive.

Great service, straight forward, helpful. Third time using their services over two vehicles and my extended family trust them as well

Clegg Auto is amazing. They always take great care of my cars. I know that I can trust them. They always do an amazing and efficient job.

Great service as always. These guys a technical trouble shooters and just don’t shot gun parts at your vehicle. I am always kept informed and given options when available.

Went in for an oil change and left with a crush. My oil change was quick and the work was exceptional. The guy working on my car was a 20/10. I highly recommend this place for the views... I mean the outstanding work.

Super awesome people had a 24 point inspection, before I bought a car, so thought I’d get my oils change as well. Super great people super transparent about what needs to be done and fast service

This was my first time coming down here for a couple of repairs on my car, I was super nervous because I was told that not a lot of people knew how to service German, engineered cars. So when I gave them a call and talk to Trevor, my worries and stress went away!! They were super helpful on telling me what my car… Read full review

Glad I finally found a shop I can trust

Haven't even finished my appointment and I know the service on my car will be quality. Had a friendly conversation with both receptionists after the other heard about the reasons I came in. You can just feel how much they 1) know about and 2) love working on cars. Don't go anywhere else.

Great service here. Was able to get my suv diagnosed and fixed same day as well as oil change and tire rotation. Needed new brakes and rotors on the back and they did it same day so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle longer than necessary. Even had a way for me to pick it up after hours. Also all details are sent via… Read full review

Took my car in to get an oil change. Great price and friendly people. Would definitely recommend.

This place had an aura off the charts! Super friendly and upbeat people working the front desk! Despite being the first time going felt totally right at home! Cherry on top, they offer ice cream while waiting. Who can say no. Prices were a little higher and the wait was longer than expected but still would recommend.

Phenomenal job, communication, and speed

Clegg in American Fork is my go to place for repairs on my vehicles. I have had three of my families vehicles worked on their and they have always been correct and fair!!!! I will keep going back for anything I can't do on my own. They do warranty all of their work without question. I am so happy with them!!!

Very honest and helpful mechanics. Have never felt like they have pressured me into things and have always been honest about what needs attention now and what can wait.

Everyone from the person who answered the phone, to the person changing the oil in my cute car, to the man who was at the front desk was very courteous and kind. They were efficient and honest. Thank you.

clegg auto is always so kind and attentive and transparent!

I appreciated being able to get in promptly. The customer service rep was great. I really appreciated being able to see video footage of what issues my vehicle has and then being able to make decisions to repair with more confidence! Car was fixed and it was an overall good experience !

Friendly service. Very reasonable time frame for estimate. Clegg gave me a call within an hour after dropping off the vehicle. My car was ready when they said it would be. No issues with the breaks now! Nice.

I scheduled a day and time, and there was no waiting. They checked my fluid levels and I was good to go. I'll be returning for more service when needed.

Clegg auto always has our back. They are very thorough and helpful in explaining any issues.

I used Clegg Auto for the first time and had a great experience! I will use them again for sure.

I don't know why this store doesn't have 1000/5 stars. I had come up on some hard times and Clegg Auto greeted me and treated me with so much respect and kindness, they have won my business and my families business for years to come.

Over 4 month span I spent close to 15,000 in repairs on my truck. Every time I took it the check engine light would immediately come on. The final time I took it I got 1/4 mile away and my engine blew up!!!! Thanks Clegg then I asked if they guarantee their work and they said nope but we can get you a new engine for… Read full review

Excellent work, and excellent pricing. I was in a rush and Laramie got me scheduled right away. Their communication is unmatched, Riley and Laramie kept me updated throughout the entire process. Their Mechanic/Technician (Dillon) went above and beyond to insure that my car was working properly. I can’t recommend them enough!

I always enjoy coming. Also because of Laramie, Gilbert, and Kaden. They are understanding and Amazing brothers and sisters to me

Very clean and supportive. Professional and helpful. Direct and to the point

Diagnosed issues, communicated and advised me of other vehicle problems. Experienced, efficient and reasonable price for repairs...great communication!...great staff!

Review by Ken Jacobson - Clegg Auto is the BEST!!!! They're fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Their costs are reasonable. They worked me into their schedule when I was leaving out of state. I've never been disappointed in their work. I won't take my truck anywhere else!!!

We had a great experience at this shop. We went to a big name dealership first and was quoted thousands. We took it to clegg for a second opinion and we’re givin much different information and pricing. Clegg saved us so much money and our Volkswagen is running better than it ever has. We will be retuning for all our… Read full review

They were fast and informative. Very reasonable pricing for a diesel! Thanks guys and gals!

Took the car in to get a quick once over before a big road trip. They were quick and thorough. When they were done I got a print out of everything they checked which was helpful. While I waited they had drinks, including juice for my toddler and a train set and puzzles for him to play with. The staff is very… Read full review

They were nothing short of the best! I spoke with Adam over the phone to make my oil change appointment, he told me the prices upfront and was super nice. When I went in a few days later, Adam was working that day as well & made sure to tell me the pricing breakdown for tax, oil disposal, etc. as soon as I walked… Read full review

Didn’t want to deal with the hassle of BMW maintenance so stopped by & was taken care of by the team in AF! Great service!

Super helpful with clearing up some issues I was having. A very honest company!

Very kind from the first phone call! Able to get me in same day. Explained everything to me. Very thorough and affordable! Highly recommend Cleggs!

Loved them. They were able to get my vehicle in and got everything I needed done even after I added another repair needed. People are super friendly.

Very professional, prompt, good at explaining things etc.

I always take my my diesel to Cleggs, the manager is fantastic, they are so thorough in their inspections, the quote system they use is great that I can go through and approve/decline detailed services, they always finish ahead of schedule, and they even went out of their way to fix something simple for free that I… Read full review

Diagnostics took a while longer than I expected, but they were accommodating with online payment options, and made sure to get my car fixed right. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Easy and fast appointment. No pressure and genuine feedback provided, with no "fake" requirements.

Ok experience. Price was higher than quoted on the phone tho

Even when they’re busy, I got my car back pretty quick! The inside waiting area is great too. It’s even got a play area for the kids!

Loved working with them. Always a great experience! Super friendly and helpful.

Did a great job on the oil change, and the courtesy inspection seriously helped with finding potential danger spots

The front desk was very friendly and Collin did an amazing job with my oil change and information on when I needed to get new tires.

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience with Clegg. They were able to diagnose and fix my leaking radiator problem with my van. Since it was going to take them longer than a few hours, they lent me a mini van to use for two days for free. I was so grateful to still have a family car while ours got fixed! Plus their prices… Read full review

Great experience. They were helpful and fast.

So professional, on top of it, definitely coming back.

Great customer service. Reasonably priced. I’m from out of town and went there on a recommendation. Will do so again since I visit often.

I got a flat tire on the freeway, thankfully it was right next to the 500 east exit. I quickly exited the freeway and limped my way to Clegg. Cory remembered who I was (even though I was in a totally different car than they’ve known me in) he remembered my name! Super cool. It was almost closing time, but he didn’t… Read full review

I have been going here since before it was owned by Clegg Auto. Cory has ALWAYS been honest, fair, and has done what I asked. I am glad he has stayed. When you find an honest place to take your vehicle, you stay there. Their integrity is rare in today's world.

Clegg Auto of AF is my choice location for car repairs. They also have a body shop in Spanish Fork that I am excited to go to next. I’m a recurring customer for several years, I have never been disappointed.

Cory took my appointment very helpful. Adam took care of me when I took my truck in He was very helpful and always kept me up on what was going on. Listening to my concerns I would so recommend this location and ask for these guys very happy with their services..

Communicated very well and completed the work in a timely manner while doing a great job. Vehicle always feels and runs great when they’re done with it

Awesome!

My husband and I love Cleggs and have been going to them for years. They’re fair, reasonably priced and always remember our names. They take good care of us and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

It was good

This shop is awesome. Corey is a great guy to work with, very informative and helpful. I started using this location for my work vehicle and have since been taking all of my personal vehicles here. They’ve done oil changes, tire rotations, new tires (trucks & trailers), brakes (trucks & trailers), rewired trailer,… Read full review
