Clegg Auto

Excellent service, listened to what we were experiencing and then explained what they had found and then reviewed in detail what the technician observed. Once again an excellent experience.

Friendly auto mechanic that does a great job. They have kept my old work truck running smoothly even after I thought it might be beyond help. It still has many useful years ahead of it. They also do great work on my van. Nice, clean waiting room with wifi access while they work in your car. Update - they are still awesome. Very friendly and attentive.

Clegg Auto is amazing. They always take great care of my cars. I know that I can trust them. They always do an amazing and efficient job.

Clegg Auto in American fork is always my number 1 recommendation to anyone who asks. They are family to me. I have always taken my cars there and they know me by name and always greet me with a warm smile. I brought my car in for emissions and they got it done early and even looked over my car. Cleggs is an amazing… Read full review

Great service as always. These guys a technical trouble shooters and just don’t shot gun parts at your vehicle. I am always kept informed and given options when available.

I had my tires replaced at a national chain and they told me I needed a $1,200 repair because the boots on my suspension were torn. I took my vehicle in to have it checked at Clegg they checked it for no cost and said the boots were absolutely fine. They are great to work with it was one of the best experiences I've… Read full review

They all are very friendly, courteous, and had my inspection completed quickly!

I had brake problems with my truck. We brought it in then got hit with a bunch of bills all at once and didn’t have money for the full repairs so we had to bring it back and park it until we can get some of the critical repairs done. We’ve brought in multiple vehicles over the years and every member of the staff has… Read full review

Performed safety & emmissions check & I actually didn’t pass one item…I was able to get it fixed and returned that day (no appt the second time) and they were nice enough to find someone inbetween other customers- to re-inspect and fix the proper paperwork. It was very much appreciated that they found a way to accommodate me the 2nd time!

I got a Pre-purchase inspection and alignment check done at Clegg while looking for a car. They were thorough and found several significant issues with the vehicle. The fee was well worth the peace of mind and the savings on costly repairs to fix truck rear.

These guys are awesome and take such good care of my vehicle!

Phenomenal job, communication, and speed

These guys are great to work with! From the very beginning they had great customer service, great communication, and best of all they completed the repair under budget!

Got recommend Clegg Auto from my brother-in law. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even when another car delayed my car’s diagnostic. While I did not have the recommended repairs done, due to cost, I will absolutely keep them in mind if there are repairs I need that I can’t do at home.

Very honest and helpful mechanics. Have never felt like they have pressured me into things and have always been honest about what needs attention now and what can wait.

Good honest techs that will fix your vehicles up right and give you a decent price too. They were able to fix my car's transmission and a few other random things. Highly recommend.

Thorough, honest, and great to work with. Originally brought my car in for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. A quick oil change place told me that I had an oil leak and I should take it to the dealership for diagnostics. I did and was quoted ~$5000 for an invasive transfer case issue. Clegg suggested a… Read full review

We had some issues with the blower motor and was only in town for the day visiting our children, the receptionist took all my info and they were able to resolve the problem.Im very glad knowing I have a auto shop that is still thorough and honest.

I used to get good service here but ever since they got bought out it's slowly gone downhill. I should have known things were weird when they told me I needed to replace a battery that was only 2 years old. Luckily I didn't do that because the alternator was the problem and I had someone else fix that. I've never… Read full review

Clegg is awesome! They keep you informed of the status of your vehicle. They provide quotes for each job.

I am a repeat customer and have never regretted. The are friendly and service was very fast.

Great service. Attention to Detail. Actually listened to what I told them and did an all around great job fixing my car.

Very professional, very quick, and very accommodating

I appreciated being able to get in promptly. The customer service rep was great. I really appreciated being able to see video footage of what issues my vehicle has and then being able to make decisions to repair with more confidence! Car was fixed and it was an overall good experience !

Friendly service. Very reasonable time frame for estimate. Clegg gave me a call within an hour after dropping off the vehicle. My car was ready when they said it would be. No issues with the breaks now! Nice.

Very efficient check in process. They kept me advised on the progress of the repair. Fair and clean .

Clegg auto always has our back. They are very thorough and helpful in explaining any issues.

I trust Clegg Auto. Period. Adam, Laramie and Riley are the absolute best.

I don't know why this store doesn't have 1000/5 stars. I had come up on some hard times and Clegg Auto greeted me and treated me with so much respect and kindness, they have won my business and my families business for years to come.

Fantastic customer service!! 10/10 would recommend

Staff is friendly, professional, and communicate well. Mechanics are thorough. Hourly rate is high and part prices seem to be marked up significantly compared to ordering parts yourself online.

Awesome place, always fair, great people to work with

Very clean and supportive. Professional and helpful. Direct and to the point

They were amazing!! We brought in two cars and they got both fixed up wonderfully. Communication was better than any other mechanic I’ve ever been to. Their cost for a brake replacement came in at about half the cost of another estimate we got. I’m super happy with the service we received here and would definitely bring my cars back again.

They are excellent at communicating and they work fast. I've taken my car to them 3 times so far and they were able to get it in and work on it either same or next day and we're hassle free to approve and do the work. Definitely recommend them!

I'm happy to leave a review for the helpful, professional team at Clegg Auto. I went for transmission service and inspection. Because I knew they were listening to me, I mentioned that I needed a wiper fluid reservoir. The part is backordered from the dealer. Laramie found the part, had it delivered, and the… Read full review

My starter went out in my old car so I had to towed to Clegg because they had good reviews. They called me when it arrived and set clear expectations and pricing along with an estimated time they’d have the diagnostic complete. They followed through very well and found the issue and others I wasn’t aware of. They… Read full review

Very kind from the first phone call! Able to get me in same day. Explained everything to me. Very thorough and affordable! Highly recommend Cleggs!

Loved them. They were able to get my vehicle in and got everything I needed done even after I added another repair needed. People are super friendly.

My experience with Clegg Auto was very positive. They did an auto inspection on a car we wanted to purchase and they changed out an old battery in record time. Easy to work with- we are returning to service our brakes even though we live an hr away in drive time.

The inspection saved me from buying a faulty car that would have cost me $5000 in repairs down the road. I have been trusting Clegg service for more than 8 years.

Easy and fast appointment. No pressure and genuine feedback provided, with no "fake" requirements.

Gilbert is a very honest guy and didn’t get pushy when I declined some of the services they offer. It is very rare these days to trust a car repair shop but Clegg’s is an exception to that. The technician, I think his name is Collin, was very professional and completed the work on time.

Great service every time, honest and fair prices.

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience with Clegg. They were able to diagnose and fix my leaking radiator problem with my van. Since it was going to take them longer than a few hours, they lent me a mini van to use for two days for free. I was so grateful to still have a family car while ours got fixed! Plus their prices… Read full review

I got my emissions and renewal done and they were excellent. The emissions is only $30 so that was good and the customer service is great there.
