I have to say! I am very impressed with the work by CBD. The contractor, yes. singular, completed my entire closet in 3 hours. It is so beautiful! It’s my space I go to glam, watch TV, or just chill. It is definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made in my home. I’ll definitely be back for upgrades to my other closets and laundry room.

We have ordered our closets for second time from closets by design. Their designers are thorough professionals and the quality is awesome!! We are very happy with our purchase and complete experience

I shopped around and it took several months for me to bite the bullet. I had three quotes from different designers. Amanda from CBD provided me the most creative solution. They were wonderful to work with from the very beginning to the end. We met with the designer ( Erin) and she had wonderful suggestions of what would work for all of our closets. The people that came to install were on time and very professional. They wanted to make sure that everything was perfect when they were finished. I highly recommend them!!

We had an excellent experience. Amanda was professional, knowledgeable thoughtful in the design process. She followed the project from design phase to installation. The company did a great job including the two on site installers, Kyle and Mark.

Closet by Design helped me with a pantry job building custom shelving unit. Went through some hiccups, but both the admin manager and technical manager went out of their ways to amend the issue to make sure the product is built to my satisfaction.

Very disappointed! Installers came, performed half the install, realized there was an error in their measurements and just left. Zero notice. We did not hear from the installers. We did not hear from CBD. Phone calls go to answering service and are never returned. 3+ months later and this is still going on with our closet still half assembled…
