Yuleimey the sales rep was patient and knowledgeable in helping me plan (2) two wall walk in closets. She listened to the needs of for the his and hers closets and helped us make design choices to maximize the space while being choosing materials that were aesthetically appealing. Scheduling the project was also a very a positive experience because they were able to push the project up in time for my husband’s 50 the birthday! Miguel installed both closets all by himself and handled the project with care in one visit. We are pleased with the craftsmanship of the closets, the customer service of the sales rep, and the seamless install done by Miguel! Thank you Closets by Design for bringing our closet vision to light! The project exceeded our expectations!

Working with Michelle at Closets By Design was wonderful. She understood everything we wanted in a custom wall unit and suggested some features we hadn't thought of. The workmanship and installation were perfect. This is the second project we had with them and would recommend Closets By Design to anyone

Our sales rep, Amanda was great. She showed us a graphic representation of how our closets would appear after the work was completed. She gave us different prices on different designs and materials; therefore, we were able to make an informed choice.
Our installer, Hector, did an absolutely amazing job. He was meticulous and efficient. Our closets previously had wire shelves which he removed. These shelves left holes in the wall and Hector voluntarily spackled all of the holes which he did not have to do. Overall, he was a conscientious worker.
My entire experience with Closets by Design was beyond positive; it was thoroughly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them and also use them again in the future.
