Amazing great quality closets! Everything was tailored to our home needs. We’ve had closets done by Michael within both our apartment and house and they really make a statement and hold up so well. Worth every penny!

Everything was installed without issue. He answered all my questions and kept me informed about everything he was doing.
They met all their commitments regarding dates. I would highly recommend Custom Closets.

We are renovating our master bath and creating a first floor en-suite. In the process they closed off our master bath to the closet, so we researched several closet companies in Northern NJ. From my first inquiry, Giada was always very responsive and remained in close contact throughout the process.
Custom Closets has a showroom in Paramus, NJ and it was great to see models of different finishes and options. Our final closet looks a lot like the showroom model, which we had chosen the finish based on the sample and added accessories (leather trim handles, pull out mirror, shagreen leather island top) based on the model.
Giada measured multiple times to ensure a perfect fit and we are very happy with the finished product. We’ve lived in our home for 18 years and the original closet needed to be cleaned out and refreshed. Once we emptied the closet, the team made accommodations for a “hidden” vent and a steam shower generator, flawlessly. The rest of the reno is not completed, but our closet was installed in two days! We are very happy with Giada, Customer Closets and our new space!

LOVED working with these guys! I had multiple quotes from different companies and really struggled to find the perfect fit. Then came Eugene -- his 1st designs were better than any of those I had been painfully iterating on with other designers, and the quality of product was far superior to an Elfa and more cost effective than a california closets. I'm super happy and his installation team - led by Bogdan - was top notch. HIGHLY Recommend!

I needed a quick fabrication for a vanity and there was only one person I could think of to call, Eugene from Custom Closets.
I truly can’t say enough good things about these guys. Every time I call, they pick up right away and treat me with genuine professionalism and care. Whenever I speak with Eugene or Alex, it honestly feels like I’m talking to family—they make you feel completely at ease and valued.
Their work and products are top-notch, but what really sets them apart is the human connection they bring to every interaction. It’s rare to find that kind of warmth and dedication these days.
I wouldn’t go to anyone else with my closet needs. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Thank you Paul for such a heartwarming review. Reading it makes us feel very proud of our hard work, craftsmanship and our attentiveness to customers needs.
