Start to finish all involved were terrific.

I had a very nice man, Eddie Negron, design my closet. I have a very small space and needed him to make sure it didn’t make my room feel even smaller. He was professional, fast and everything he said he would do, they did. They installed my closet within a few weeks and today the whole thing took three hours. The… Read full review

I have to say! I am very impressed with the work by CBD. The contractor, yes. singular, completed my entire closet in 3 hours. It is so beautiful! It’s my space I go to glam, watch TV, or just chill. It is definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made in my home. I’ll definitely be back for upgrades to my other closets and laundry room.

We have ordered our closets for second time from closets by design. Their designers are thorough professionals and the quality is awesome!! We are very happy with our purchase and complete experience

I love my new closet from closets by design. My designer TinaMarie was great to work with. She was always available to help me and answer all my questions. Installation was quick and went smoothly. Just make sure they install the corner base piece.

Editing my review….after I wrote my initial review, the company reached out and provided us with compensation they felt was appropriate for our experience. Thank you. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I will say we had a great experience with our designer, Suzzane, She was amazing,… Read full review

We had an excellent experience. Amanda was professional, knowledgeable thoughtful in the design process. She followed the project from design phase to installation. The company did a great job including the two on site installers, Kyle and Mark.

Amanda was very easy to work with and was able to utilize maximum storage in our closet spaces. She was very responsive to any issues I had. Daniel was polite,& efficient and overall did a nice job despite a hiccup in getting the correct moulding. He came right back next day to correct it. Over all pleased with my… Read full review

Closet by Design helped me with a pantry job building custom shelving unit. Went through some hiccups, but both the admin manager and technical manager went out of their ways to amend the issue to make sure the product is built to my satisfaction.

Marek and Kyle, our installers, arrived on time, and efficiently installed a walk in and five reach ins in about 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned the closet area of dust and debris. Note: We live in a high rise, so they also had to deal with an elevator. We are having a lot of work done at our apartment, and this was,… Read full review

Great designer, but terrible install and customer service. Numerous times they would confirm someone would arrive between 9-10 am, and the installer would not show up until 12 noon and leave by 3-4 pm. Half days at work must be nice! Job was supposed to take 4 days to install custom closets in an entire home.… Read full review
