Start to finish all involved were terrific.
I had a very nice man, Eddie Negron, design my closet. I have a very small space and needed him to make sure it didn’t make my room feel even smaller. He was professional, fast and everything he said he would do, they did. They installed my closet within a few weeks and today the whole thing took three hours. The…
We had an excellent experience with Amanda and her team at Closets by Design for installation of 4 reach-in closets. They were prompt with the initial appointment for measurements and ideas on setting up the closets, and efficient and meticulous with the installation. Everything worked out perfectly with the final…
I have to say! I am very impressed with the work by CBD. The contractor, yes. singular, completed my entire closet in 3 hours. It is so beautiful! It’s my space I go to glam, watch TV, or just chill. It is definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made in my home. I’ll definitely be back for upgrades to my other closets and laundry room.
We have ordered our closets for second time from closets by design. Their designers are thorough professionals and the quality is awesome!! We are very happy with our purchase and complete experience
I love my new closet from closets by design. My designer TinaMarie was great to work with. She was always available to help me and answer all my questions. Installation was quick and went smoothly. Just make sure they install the corner base piece.
Editing my review….after I wrote my initial review, the company reached out and provided us with compensation they felt was appropriate for our experience. Thank you. I shopped around and it took several months for me to bite the bullet. I had three quotes from different designers. Amanda from CBD provided me the most creative solution. The price was affordable for me and was within the price range of the other quotes but there were more creative options provided. The designing…

We had an excellent experience. Amanda was professional, knowledgeable thoughtful in the design process. She followed the project from design phase to installation. The company did a great job including the two on site installers, Kyle and Mark.
Amanda was very easy to work with and was able to utilize maximum storage in our closet spaces. She was very responsive to any issues I had. Daniel was polite,& efficient and overall did a nice job despite a hiccup in getting the correct moulding. He came right back next day to correct it. Over all pleased with my…
Closet by Design helped me with a pantry job building custom shelving unit. Went through some hiccups, but both the admin manager and technical manager went out of their ways to amend the issue to make sure the product is built to my satisfaction.
Marek and Kyle, our installers, arrived on time, and efficiently installed a walk in and five reach ins in about 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned the closet area of dust and debris. Note: We live in a high rise, so they also had to deal with an elevator. We are having a lot of work done at our apartment, and this was,…

Great designer, but terrible install and customer service. Numerous times they would confirm someone would arrive between 9-10 am, and the installer would not show up until 12 noon and leave by 3-4 pm. Half days at work must be nice! Job was supposed to take 4 days to install custom closets in an entire home.…

This is our second experience with Closets By Design and they performed both design and installation at the highest level. There were no glitches; a hassle free experience. Erin, our designer was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for all of your cabinet needs.

Nico was my designer he spent a lot of time with us in designing our WIC. The outcome exceeded our expectations. The installer Morales was amazing and very tentative. Highly favored and recommend to everyone we know.
Had a terrible experience with this company. They charged me $7500 for installing cabinets snd paneling in my garage. Not only was the service extremely delayed but they did not finish the paneling on my garage wall. Leaving half of one wall completely bare. When confronted about it, they pointed to fine print in…
I have used them in the past two months to design an install numerous closet configuration designs for my house (linen, pantry, garage, ,master bedroom closet, hobby room , storage closets, etc. ). Closets by design is one of the first choice when it comes to the value for the money. The designer and workers are very good. Though there were some issues came up with scheduling initially, those were resolved effectively after putting to their attention. I am very much satisfied overall and recommend closets by design to my friends and family.
Nico was the sales representative for closet by design. He was amazing! However, after this visit and signing the contract, I had to deal with a different person for the installation. The wood cracked and a few other parts were damaged during installation. I reached out to closet by design right away and sent…
Recently had a custom closet installed and some storage in my garage. Jill was terrific, helped to layout the design, showed me some options I had not considered for the garage. I had to move the install date and they were able to accommodate me, thanks. Overall very satisfied, my aunt has already called for her design appt. Highly recommend.
Our designer, Jill, was a pleasure to work with -- knowledgeable, with a good color sense, full of helpful suggestions, and on top of our job (full home office. plus laundry room with cabinets) from beginning to end. Similarly, installation team headed by Rudy did great work and left everything looking spotless.
It was a true pleasure working with my walk-in closet designer Erin. She was so kind, friendly and always available.
