Clutter Storage - San Francisco

Lost multiple items. Movers are slow. Unclear communication from the beginning of how much space would be needed to store. We are now out a bed set, recliner love seat, and a recliner. Items were mislabeled.

Nico and Teresa were here on time, amazing job as always. This is the second time I’ve had Clutter do a move and it’s been an exceptional experience with the movers. They are logical and efficient, they know what to do w little guidance.

Shawn and Angel were fast, efficient, and friendly. They treated my belongings with respect, and listened to my stories with patience and amusement. Five stars. Would recommend!

After they moved my belongings from storage to my new apartment, my TV went missing — and their so-called “investigation” was nothing more than checking whether the item was scanned. Sam was friendly, efficient, answered my questions, and used blankets and plastic wrap and boxes to protect the items. Texts informed me he was arriving. The Clutter method of storage seems efficient too and the cost was good.
