Clutter Storage - San Francisco

Lost multiple items. Movers are slow. Unclear communication from the beginning of how much space would be needed to store. We are now out a bed set, recliner love seat, and a recliner. Items were mislabeled.

Nico and Gulmir were awesome! They arrived promptly and helped me pack my apartment - going above and beyond. Would definitely reccomend!

Easy, organized and professional. Would recommend if you are looking for a turnkey storage solution.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Angelo and Nicolas are an absolute dream team — I cannot say enough good things about them! I’ll be honest: my house was a complete disaster when they arrived. Used clutter and it was a quick and painless experience. As someone who works and travels a lot I needed a service that would come in, take care of business, and be done quick. Our guy was named Sebastian and really took care of us. Will be using these guys again in the future.

Alexandria and JP, hardworking, reliable, quick and careful movers. Such kind and extra helpful people. Thank you for taking care of our family!

During the loading process, I realized that the actual service charge did not match my original quote — my service had been upgraded to a more expensive option without any explanation or prior notice from customer service. Tré and Antony were awesome, quick and efficient.

I had a terrible experience with Clutter. After they moved my belongings from storage to my new apartment, my TV went missing — and their so-called “investigation” was nothing more than checking whether the item was scanned. Here’s the issue: Clutter’s movers scan items while they’re still on the truck, not inside… Read full review

DO NOT USE CLUTTER. Absolutely terrible customer service, and predatory company policies. We just finished up over a year of having our stuff stored with Clutter in their Tracy facility. Upon receiving our delivery at our new apartment, we found that one of our TV’s was missing and another had its screen smashed in… Read full review
