Clutter Storage - San Francisco

Lost multiple items. Movers are slow. Unclear communication from the beginning of how much space would be needed to store. We are now out a bed set, recliner love seat, and a recliner. Items were mislabeled.

Easy, organized and professional. Would recommend if you are looking for a turnkey storage solution.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Angelo and Nicolas are an absolute dream team — I cannot say enough good things about them! I’ll be honest: my house was a complete disaster when they arrived. Loved working with Clutter for a few times. They kept me updated, consulted with me during the packaging and moving and overall were a delight to work with.… Read full review

Day 1 The original team from day one was a great start, including Alexandra (I unfortunately misplaced the review card). They set the tone for the entire experience. I have completed the initial pickup and will comment only on that, until finalization of my contract. That being said, my pickup up and storage was done by Alexandria and Daniel. I almost don't want them back, these 2 worked their butts off ! So far I couldn't be happier. If final delivery goes this smooth, I will… Read full review

Jesus and Alexandria were awesome! Truly went above and beyond!

I had a terrible experience with Clutter. After they moved my belongings from storage to my new apartment, my TV went missing — and their so-called “investigation” was nothing more than checking whether the item was scanned. Here’s the issue: Clutter’s movers scan items while they’re still on the truck, not inside… Read full review

DO NOT USE CLUTTER. Absolutely terrible customer service, and predatory company policies. We just finished up over a year of having our stuff stored with Clutter in their Tracy facility. Solid experience with clutter. We needed a month of storage between leases, and for the storage plus pickup including 3 guys packing and unpacking things, the price was unbeatable by a huge margin, even including the tip I was more than happy to give to the employees.
