Coach Lillard trains my kids for the sports they play, he designs workouts for their sports and their positions they play . He’s really great with communicating with the kids and knows how to push them and get results !!!!!!!! We will be using him in the future!!!!!!
Workouts are thorough and complete. He isolates whatever areas or weaknesses most need work. Great enthusiasm and incredibly infectious energy!

Coach Lillard is beyond great! He listens to you and actually cares. His workouts help, his determination to get you healthy is awesome. I’m one that has multiple injuries and had surgeries he works with you and not against you. I recommend all to go to him.
