Great company. I have my daughter’s birthday coming up and the team made sure my pool will be looking beautiful for the party. Jerritt and Derek were awesome and made sure my concerns were addressed. Thank you!
Very timely and professional👍
I’m not certain how this company has such high amount of positive reviews. Because I have not received the same experience. Pictures are worth 1000 words and I have plenty (photos and videos)The pool lights has gone out as depicted in the pictures in last then a year and no response from the company. May 11, 2026…
Besides the excellent, on-time and thorough services that keep my pool sparkling, there is another plus I have to attribute to Coastal Luxury Outdoors: They are wonderfully communicative. They maintain contact with customers to provide updates related to the status of when and where we are in the cleaning process,…
Tony our pool tech is AMAZING! Always friendly and helpful. Always friendly and quick to find solutions to any issues. Pool always looks beautiful. Highly recommend!
Not our 1st pool maintenance company, but this one is FAR AND AWAY best! Sparkling water, friendly, responsive, informative.
Reliable service and great communication! Coastal Luxury Outdoors has been services our pool for the last several months and we have been very pleased!
Our current pool service guy is Jason K. He is excellent: reliable, thorough, consistent, and friendly.
Absolutely horrible maintenance of our community pool. I can’t believe that neighbors (we) have been fighting to try to enjoy the pool in our neighborhood this summer and cannot catch a break. It’s been going on for over a month and the health department will end up closing it again if they were to see this. There…
Tony Gonzales at coastal luxury is great! Always friendly and knowledgeable! Recently had an issue from a safety fence installed by another company that broke a pipe and caused us to have our filtration system off 6 days while repairs were made by the other company. Tony took preventative measures to maintain our…
Moved over to Coastal when Andy decided to retire. The transition was seamless. Communication from the office is very good and service items, minor or major, have been dealt with efficiently. Jarrod is a pleasure to deal with, even when our dog Bella wants to go help him! Really happy with the relationship.
I have been using Coastal Luxury Outdoors for several months at my new home. The company is very responsive, communicates well, returns phone calls, sends reports of activity by email for record keeping weekly and by job assignment. I had a water level, skimmer issue, Chris came out, addressed the problem, fixed it…
We are so happy with our decision to choose Coastal Luxury Outdoors as our pool service company. From the 1st service date the communication and attention to the condition of the pool equipment and water have been beyond expectations. The reps are always available to answer all questions in a friendly and…
Dependable, professional cleaning and maintenance. Service is just right.
We recently switched from another service and what an amazing difference. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable! Repair quote was less than others, and yet the work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend for cleaning and repair. Thank you Sandy & Noah.
Coastal Luxury Outdoors has been providing pool cleaning and repair services for me since August 2025 and I am extremely happy with their professional approach to everything they provide, customer service, cleaning, repairs, chemical replacement, etc. If you need a pool company that, does it all give them a call!
Great communications, never any concern with the health and cleanliness of our pool.
As we had Coastal Luxury Outdoors build our beautiful pool and deck area, we felt they were the most qualified to continue servicing our pool. We’ve been extremely happy with their on-time performance and the quality of their work.
Robert did a great job cleaning and servicing the pool today. It was VERY full of leaves and debris which he took care of throughly and carefully.
Excellent company. Much better than prior services we’ve had over past 20 years.
