Coastal Luxury Outdoors

Great company. I have my daughter’s birthday coming up and the team made sure my pool will be looking beautiful for the party. Jerritt and Derek were awesome and made sure my concerns were addressed. Thank you!

Very timely and professional👍

I’m not certain how this company has such high amount of positive reviews. Because I have not received the same experience. Pictures are worth 1000 words and I have plenty (photos and videos)The pool lights has gone out as depicted in the pictures in last then a year and no response from the company. Our current pool service guy is Jason K. He is excellent: reliable, thorough, consistent, and friendly.

Absolutely horrible maintenance of our community pool. I can’t believe that neighbors (we) have been fighting to try to enjoy the pool in our neighborhood this summer and cannot catch a break. It’s been going on for over a month and the health department will end up closing it again if they were to see this. There… Read full review

Tony Gonzales at coastal luxury is great! Always friendly and knowledgeable! Recently had an issue from a safety fence installed by another company that broke a pipe and caused us to have our filtration system off 6 days while repairs were made by the other company. Tony took preventative measures to maintain our… Read full review

Moved over to Coastal when Andy decided to retire. The transition was seamless. Communication from the office is very good and service items, minor or major, have been dealt with efficiently. Jarrod is a pleasure to deal with, even when our dog Bella wants to go help him! Really happy with the relationship.

I have been using Coastal Luxury Outdoors for several months at my new home. The company is very responsive, communicates well, returns phone calls, sends reports of activity by email for record keeping weekly and by job assignment. We recently switched from another service and what an amazing difference. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable! Repair quote was less than others, and yet the work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend for cleaning and repair. Thank you Sandy & Noah.

Coastal Luxury Outdoors has been providing pool cleaning and repair services for me since August 2025 and I am extremely happy with their professional approach to everything they provide, customer service, cleaning, repairs, chemical replacement, etc. If you need a pool company that, does it all give them a call!

Great communications, never any concern with the health and cleanliness of our pool.

As we had Coastal Luxury Outdoors build our beautiful pool and deck area, we felt they were the most qualified to continue servicing our pool. We’ve been extremely happy with their on-time performance and the quality of their work.

Robert did a great job cleaning and servicing the pool today. It was VERY full of leaves and debris which he took care of throughly and carefully.

Excellent company. Much better than prior services we’ve had over past 20 years.

Coastal Luxury did a fantastic job with the design and construction of our in ground pool. We retained them for monthly maintenance and have had no issues after ~5 years. Professional and strongly recommend.

We have a new contract with Coastal. Transition was seamless, team is knowledgeable and responsive. They have a Work Order system that greatly helps in management of pool operations and budget. We receive a summary report of chemicals and a service checklist after each visit.

My pool tech, Robbie Delaney is the best!! I have a hard to manage pool because of the location, and he makes it sparkling every week; even in the cold weather. Would highly recommend Coastal Luxury Outdoors for your pool care; and shout out to our tech for the amazing job!!!!!

Coastal Luxury Outdoors pool service is excellent, robust and efficient. They have great weekly maintenance technicians, service techs, and golden customer service. I recommend them to everyone that needs a full service, one stop pool company. I am a grateful to have them servicing my pool and equipment.

Tim Is the Best.I never worry about the pool as he is always on top Of everything

Our pool guy is the best! We have 3 dogs who like to sit outside—in the cooler temps—and Graem always texts me to let me know he is ‘on his way’ so that I can get the dogs in if they are out. He even wished me a speedy recovery when he saw my foot bandaged up. He does a great job and we are very pleased.

And I must add that Cameron who performs our pool service is one of the best. Our pool is spotless and he is a pleasure to talk to which we always do when I'm home.

TC provides great service. He’s punctual and professional.

Had our pool built by Coastal Luxury almost two years ago, after a recommendation from a friend, and have opted to keep them as our pool service ever since. The custom design process and pool exceeded our expectations. It now gets serviced weekly. We have great communication with Kristy and get peace of mind knowing our pool is safe and clean to swim in.

Coastal Luxury put our pool in four years ago. We have been happy with the quality of the pool and service provided. They respond quickly and are able to help quickly when necessary. Trish and Derrick are most helpful. I would recommend Coastal to anyone looking to install/service a pool. Mike and Nora Robertson

Our pool is always perfect. And they are incredibly responsive when problems arise.

Cameron is neat efficient and courteous. Coastal Luxury installed our pool and patio in 2017 and has been servicing us ever since.

I’ve had my pool cleaned by them for a few months now. There’s always someone to answer the phone. My pool went down and Adrien came out to fix it the next day.

Coastal Luxury Outdoors remodeled our pool a few years ago. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly. From signing to completion was only a couple of months. Couldn’t be happier! They also clean our pool and do a great job at that as well.

Thank you Cameron for your friendly service!

I feel comfortable writing a review after using Coastal Luxury twice. First Clayton, service technician, did an emergency clean that our long time pool service could not do. We fired them. Perfect cleanup at an affordable price. Then Cameron became the weekly pool guy. MUCH better service than our previous service.… Read full review
