Moved over to Coastal when Andy decided to retire. The transition was seamless. Communication from the office is very good and service items, minor or major, have been dealt with efficiently. Jarrod is a pleasure to deal with, even when our dog Bella wants to go help him! Really happy with the relationship.

Coastal Luxury Outdoors has been providing pool cleaning and repair services for me since August 2025 and I am extremely happy with their professional approach to everything they provide, customer service, cleaning, repairs, chemical replacement, etc. If you need a pool company that, does it all give them a call!

As we had Coastal Luxury Outdoors build our beautiful pool and deck area, we felt they were the most qualified to continue servicing our pool. We’ve been extremely happy with their on-time performance and the quality of their work.

Coastal Luxury did a fantastic job with the design and construction of our in ground pool. We retained them for monthly maintenance and have had no issues after ~5 years. Professional and strongly recommend.

We have a new contract with Coastal. Transition was seamless, team is knowledgeable and responsive. They have a Work Order system that greatly helps in management of pool operations and budget. We receive a summary report of chemicals and a service checklist after each visit.

My pool tech, Robbie Delaney is the best!! I have a hard to manage pool because of the location, and he makes it sparkling every week; even in the cold weather. Would highly recommend Coastal Luxury Outdoors for your pool care; and shout out to our tech for the amazing job!!!!!

Tim Is the Best.I never worry about the pool as he is always on top Of everything

Our pool guy is the best! We have 3 dogs who like to sit outside—in the cooler temps—and Graem always texts me to let me know he is ‘on his way’ so that I can get the dogs in if they are out. He even wished me a speedy recovery when he saw my foot bandaged up. He does a great job and we are very pleased.

And I must add that Cameron who performs our pool service is one of the best. Our pool is spotless and he is a pleasure to talk to which we always do when I'm home.

Had our pool built by Coastal Luxury almost two years ago, after a recommendation from a friend, and have opted to keep them as our pool service ever since. The custom design process and pool exceeded our expectations. It now gets serviced weekly. We have great communication with Kristy and get peace of mind knowing our pool is safe and clean to swim in.

Coastal Luxury put our pool in four years ago. We have been happy with the quality of the pool and service provided. They respond quickly and are able to help quickly when necessary. We have been using Coastal Luxury for 3 years and they have been responsive to any problems. Our technician, Dylan, especially has been helpful at keeping our pool clean and efficient.

Our pool is always perfect. And they are incredibly responsive when problems arise.

Cameron is neat efficient and courteous. Coastal Luxury installed our pool and patio in 2017 and has been servicing us ever since.

I’ve had my pool cleaned by them for a few months now. There’s always someone to answer the phone. My pool went down and Adrien came out to fix it the next day.

Coastal Luxury Outdoors remodeled our pool a few years ago. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly. From signing to completion was only a couple of months. Couldn’t be happier! They also clean our pool and do a great job at that as well.

Absolutely a great experience with Coastal Luxury. They do an outstanding job.

Technician is friendly and personable and very focused on his job.Water got in my pool during storm Nicole and he very quickly got it back to the proper balance. I love the fact that I get an email with what was done quickly after the service. My former service left pieces of paper.
