Coastal Luxury Outdoors

I’m not certain how this company has such high amount of positive reviews. Because I have not received the same experience. Pictures are worth 1000 words and I have plenty (photos and videos)The pool lights has gone out as depicted in the pictures in last then a year and no response from the company. Besides the excellent, on-time and thorough services that keep my pool sparkling, there is another plus I have to attribute to Coastal Luxury Outdoors: They are wonderfully communicative. They maintain contact with customers to provide updates related to the status of when and where we are in the cleaning process,… Read full review

Reliable service and great communication! Coastal Luxury Outdoors has been services our pool for the last several months and we have been very pleased!

Absolutely horrible maintenance of our community pool. I can’t believe that neighbors (we) have been fighting to try to enjoy the pool in our neighborhood this summer and cannot catch a break. It’s been going on for over a month and the health department will end up closing it again if they were to see this. There… Read full review

Tony Gonzales at coastal luxury is great! Always friendly and knowledgeable! Recently had an issue from a safety fence installed by another company that broke a pipe and caused us to have our filtration system off 6 days while repairs were made by the other company. Tony took preventative measures to maintain our… Read full review

Moved over to Coastal when Andy decided to retire. The transition was seamless. Communication from the office is very good and service items, minor or major, have been dealt with efficiently. Jarrod is a pleasure to deal with, even when our dog Bella wants to go help him! Really happy with the relationship.

Great communications, never any concern with the health and cleanliness of our pool.

As we had Coastal Luxury Outdoors build our beautiful pool and deck area, we felt they were the most qualified to continue servicing our pool. We’ve been extremely happy with their on-time performance and the quality of their work.

Robert did a great job cleaning and servicing the pool today. It was VERY full of leaves and debris which he took care of throughly and carefully.

Excellent company. Much better than prior services we’ve had over past 20 years.

We have a new contract with Coastal. Transition was seamless, team is knowledgeable and responsive. They have a Work Order system that greatly helps in management of pool operations and budget. We receive a summary report of chemicals and a service checklist after each visit.

My pool tech, Robbie Delaney is the best!! I have a hard to manage pool because of the location, and he makes it sparkling every week; even in the cold weather. Would highly recommend Coastal Luxury Outdoors for your pool care; and shout out to our tech for the amazing job!!!!!

Jerritt does a great job with our entire pool system and Coastal is very responsive to any situation!

Guys great job keeping my pool ready to use . It always looks great Thanks

Great company. I used for resurfacing my pool as well as weekly cleaning. I also had an issue with my pump and they responded very quickly. They do a great job

Coastal Luxury Outdoors pool service is excellent, robust and efficient. They have great weekly maintenance technicians, service techs, and golden customer service. I recommend them to everyone that needs a full service, one stop pool company. I am a grateful to have them servicing my pool and equipment.

Our pool guy is the best! We have 3 dogs who like to sit outside—in the cooler temps—and Graem always texts me to let me know he is ‘on his way’ so that I can get the dogs in if they are out. He even wished me a speedy recovery when he saw my foot bandaged up. He does a great job and we are very pleased.

Want to highly recommend Robert and the tremendous job he does weekly with our pool maintenance and service. Robert is super accommodating, great with the details and our pool always looks fabulous. Thank you Robert, I’m a Coastal Luxury client for life.
