if there was a 10 star, i would easily put that. Rafi and the team went above and beyond for me. So so happy!
My experience with Coastal was nothing short of extraordinary. High quality construction, great price and friendly service.
Our backyard oasis is complete, thanks to the amazing team at Coastal Luxury Outdoors. From start to finish, we couldn't be any happier with the communication, collaboration, professionalism and workmanship of Coastal and all its vendors. Each phase of the project was carefully planned, communicated and executed.…
We just had our new pool built and completed by Coastal Luxury Outdoors. It is beautiful and we loved it. The team was professional from design through completion. Thank you for David designing our pool. We already got a lot of complements. Big shout out to Fred. He is the supervisor for our project. He was always…
As we had Coastal Luxury Outdoors build our beautiful pool and deck area, we felt they were the most qualified to continue servicing our pool. We’ve been extremely happy with their on-time performance and the quality of their work.
Excellent company. Much better than prior services we’ve had over past 20 years.
Great company. I used for resurfacing my pool as well as weekly cleaning. I also had an issue with my pump and they responded very quickly. They do a great job
Update as of 8/25 - The deck drain is fully installed and looks great. Some additional work was required and approved and completed at a reasonable cost. There were some additional areas of opportunity with communication and expectation setting. That said, the leadership team does truly care and does their part to…
We used this company under different management from 2017-2025. At some point, a new person or group bought out the original owner and the quality of work plummeted after this transition. The workers were lazy, could even be hear on their phones yelling a people, sitting in their trucks doing nothing or just overall…
We have been using Coastal for our weekly pool service for years now and can’t say enough positive things. From Derick, Phil and now Nick the service has been outstanding. If any pool issue should arise they are on it, and work hand in hand with the maintenance side to ensure it is addressed. I highly recommend them…
Service is good and reliable. Darian is our pool tech.
Kevin and his team are excellent. We have always received good care and they are responsive when issues arise. They provide excellent pool cleaning services as well. Trevor and Matt are very thorough in their work. They are very courteous. They have taken excellent care of our pool from the beginning.
Coastal is a 10/10. Caleb always does a great job with our pool service and maintenance!
We have used Coastal Luxury Outdoors for years (pool construction and maintenance); always so professional and reliable. Never had an issue! Timothy is awesome and provides excellent service!
Cameron from pool cleaning division has been very reliable each week. Has educated me on many aspects of pool maintenance. Keri’s pool looking fantastic!
Coastal Luxury Outdoors is the absolute BEST! They installed a beautiful pool for us and have been maintaining it for over a year now without any issues. Kevin built a top notch business. Doreen is a design queen. Fred, you’re a technical genius and Cameron, thanks for the weekly care our pool needs. You all are the…
The best service and quality- From the personnel to the end product!!
Completely satisfied with our finished pool!
Coastal designed and built our pool, deck and outdoor kitchen. They also do weekly maintenance on the pool and keep it looking sparkling clean. (Cameron does the maintenance and is a very pleasant professional.)
Coastal Luxury Outdoors recently designed and installed a new in ground pool for our home in Ponte Vedra Beach. David and Mariana designed a beautiful and modern pool with decking. The team at CLO did a great job from start to finish and also currently maintenance the pool regularly. Terry our construction manager…
