We have a new contract with Coastal. Transition was seamless, team is knowledgeable and responsive. They have a Work Order system that greatly helps in management of pool operations and budget. We receive a summary report of chemicals and a service checklist after each visit.

Had our pool built by Coastal Luxury almost two years ago, after a recommendation from a friend, and have opted to keep them as our pool service ever since. The custom design process and pool exceeded our expectations. It now gets serviced weekly. We have great communication with Kristy and get peace of mind knowing our pool is safe and clean to swim in.

Cameron is neat efficient and courteous. Coastal Luxury installed our pool and patio in 2017 and has been servicing us ever since.
The team in the office is knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions and concerns about my pool and equipment. Kaleb, the tech that provides maintenance weekly, is efficient and always pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Coastal Luxury!
