Moved over to Coastal when Andy decided to retire. The transition was seamless. Communication from the office is very good and service items, minor or major, have been dealt with efficiently. Jarrod is a pleasure to deal with, even when our dog Bella wants to go help him! Really happy with the relationship.

Fantastic pool company. The leak guy there is absolutely awesome.

We have a new contract with Coastal. Transition was seamless, team is knowledgeable and responsive. They have a Work Order system that greatly helps in management of pool operations and budget. We receive a summary report of chemicals and a service checklist after each visit.

Very professional always shows up on time and is very good. Rayan r our technician he’s doing the best job of any of the folks I’ve had do the pool. Do all of your maintenance needs highly recommended

Had our pool built by Coastal Luxury almost two years ago, after a recommendation from a friend, and have opted to keep them as our pool service ever since. The custom design process and pool exceeded our expectations. It now gets serviced weekly. We have great communication with Kristy and get peace of mind knowing our pool is safe and clean to swim in.

Coastal Luxury put our pool in four years ago. We have been happy with the quality of the pool and service provided. They respond quickly and are able to help quickly when necessary. Timothy at Coastal Luxury has done a fantastic job with our pool maintenance, and he is polite and professional.

We have been using this company for our weekly cleaning.. very good reliable service. They are also responsive to repairs. Highly recommend. Just had a problem with our hot tub, and they sent someone quickly to diagnose and repair.

Cameron is neat efficient and courteous. Coastal Luxury installed our pool and patio in 2017 and has been servicing us ever since.

The team in the office is knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions and concerns about my pool and equipment. Kaleb, the tech that provides maintenance weekly, is efficient and always pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Coastal Luxury!
