Coastal Luxury Outdoors

I’m not certain how this company has such high amount of positive reviews. Because I have not received the same experience. Pictures are worth 1000 words and I have plenty (photos and videos)The pool lights has gone out as depicted in the pictures in last then a year and no response from the company. Great service with good pricing.

Moved over to Coastal when Andy decided to retire. The transition was seamless. Communication from the office is very good and service items, minor or major, have been dealt with efficiently. Jarrod is a pleasure to deal with, even when our dog Bella wants to go help him! Really happy with the relationship.

Coastal Luxury Outdoors has been providing pool cleaning and repair services for me since August 2025 and I am extremely happy with their professional approach to everything they provide, customer service, cleaning, repairs, chemical replacement, etc. If you need a pool company that, does it all give them a call!

Coastal Luxury did a fantastic job with the design and construction of our in ground pool. We retained them for monthly maintenance and have had no issues after ~5 years. Professional and strongly recommend.

Pool leak discovered and diagnosed by Adrian and repaired by Austin. Both excellent and explained everything. Up and running again. New motor is purring quietly and pool looking beautiful once again. Excellent service by Coastal.

Austin is extremely competent and very professional. He diagnosed several potential leaks in our pool system and within 24 hours had secured the parts as well as a replacement acuator motor. He quickly and apparently flawlessly installed all the parts. He is a great representative of your company which has been… Read full review

Very professional. Prompt service when the repair was needed

Great service and great communications! From the moment I contacted Coastal they were very fast in following up. The technician was fantastic. Took the time to answer all my questions and provided very useful information. Wouldn't hesitate to call Coastal again for an equipment repair.

Great company. I used for resurfacing my pool as well as weekly cleaning. I also had an issue with my pump and they responded very quickly. They do a great job

Coastal Luxury put our pool in four years ago. We have been happy with the quality of the pool and service provided. They respond quickly and are able to help quickly when necessary. Trish and Derrick are most helpful. I would recommend Coastal to anyone looking to install/service a pool. Mike and Nora Robertson

Darion does a great job

Cameron is neat efficient and courteous. Coastal Luxury installed our pool and patio in 2017 and has been servicing us ever since.

I’ve had my pool cleaned by them for a few months now. There’s always someone to answer the phone. My pool went down and Adrien came out to fix it the next day.
