They do a great job keeping my pool clean and let me know when equipment needs repair or replacing. Very honest and not don’t try to service or replace things that don’t need it.

Moved over to Coastal when Andy decided to retire. The transition was seamless. Communication from the office is very good and service items, minor or major, have been dealt with efficiently. Jarrod is a pleasure to deal with, even when our dog Bella wants to go help him! Really happy with the relationship.

Coastal Luxury did a fantastic job with the design and construction of our in ground pool. We retained them for monthly maintenance and have had no issues after ~5 years. Professional and strongly recommend.

We have a new contract with Coastal. Transition was seamless, team is knowledgeable and responsive. They have a Work Order system that greatly helps in management of pool operations and budget. We receive a summary report of chemicals and a service checklist after each visit.

My pool tech, Robbie Delaney is the best!! I have a hard to manage pool because of the location, and he makes it sparkling every week; even in the cold weather. Would highly recommend Coastal Luxury Outdoors for your pool care; and shout out to our tech for the amazing job!!!!!

Had our pool built by Coastal Luxury almost two years ago, after a recommendation from a friend, and have opted to keep them as our pool service ever since. The custom design process and pool exceeded our expectations. It now gets serviced weekly. We have great communication with Kristy and get peace of mind knowing our pool is safe and clean to swim in.
