Picked up rug for immersion cleaning and Jonathan was prompt and friendly!
Jonathan was excellent in his service
Great job and super nice guys. I would definitely use this company again.
The young man did not move a small chest at the end of the bed and was not going to move the 2 items under the bed to shampoo my rug. I paid a lot of money to have my rugs cleaned. He also did not clean my upholstery completely. I specifically asked him about the crevices in the furniture and there is still dog hair…

COITs professionalism is tops, along with their communication. I loved that they were on-time. They cleaned the dryer vent & an area rug. The rug looked so much cleaner. We'll use them again.
COIT was great!! Very friendly and professional service. I highly recommend this company for a carpet clean!
Very professional people, courteous, and on time
Excellent job - professional crew
The technician, jonathon, was very professional and had good people skills. I would recommend this company for carpet cleaning.
COIT is a wonderful business. We've used them several times to clean our carpets, air ducts, and upholstery. They're always on time, friendly and professional, and they do a great job. Frank came today to clean our carpets and a small rug. He worked quickly and carefully, and left our home a lot cleaner than it was…
I had two very dirty area rugs (silver/ wool/ hand knitted) and a runner that needed a lot of TLC. The guys came by and were super respectful and kind and very helpful in moving furniture and getting the rugs out of my house. Then they did a very thorough job of washing removing stains and drying. They even…
The results are incredibly excellent! Tile work was beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.
What a great company. I set my appointment after another cleaning company "couldn't" perform the cleaning for which I had made an appointment. I called Coit, set an appoint in the same week that cleaning was needed. Then, due to some personal emergency, I asked if they could come a day early. I explained what was…
SEAN WAS SUPER & DID A GOOD JOB....THE ONLY THING WE DIDN'T CARE FOR WAS OUR WATER BEING USED FOR THE CLEANING ...
My area rug looks practically new! My sofa does too! I would definitely call them again and I don’t usually.
I would highly recommend and WILL use COIT Cleaning and Restoration again. I used them for my personal move but will recommend them in my profession as a Realtor. They were very responsive and communicative. AND even more importantly they arrived when they said they would! To me that is worth a million!
They stayed in communication, arrived on time, explained thoroughly what would be happening and which stains might not come out, our tech was amazing, kind, and helpful! Awesome experience. Will def be using again.
