We had a great experience all around with COIT. Bernadette was very knowledgeable and fit us in right away after we purchased our new home. The worker was very nice and professional the entire time and explained what he was doing. My carpets smell great and looked great! I will definitely be using them in the future for more carpet cleanings.
Dylan was very polite and professional. My carpets look like new. I will use COIT again in the future.
Jonathan was excellent in his service
This company and their employees are great. They have the work ethic and machinery to thoroughly clean even the filthiest house
These guys do a great job, we'll defiantly use them again.
Jonathan was great. I couldn't believe how dirty the water was after he cleaned the tile. The grout looks so good now. Great communication and very knowledgeable.
I was very impressed with how quickly the turnaround from making the appointment to getting my carpets cleaned. They were on time, professional, and effective. I will definitely use them again if I to clean my carpets again.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from the COIT team. I had scheduled a company to clean the carpets in my RV and they never showed. I was in a major time crunch because we were moving the next day. I took a shot & called COIT, explained my situation & asked if there was a chance they…
A friend booked them for me as a house warming gift. Fernando called when he was leaving Albuquerque heading into the mountains. He was on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was efficient and explained everything to me. Will be calling them to do my air ducts. Thanks Coit, thank you Fernando!
Very prompt, polite, and professional. Every process was explained in detail. Prices were fair. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again!
workers always professional, easy to work with and efficient. Helpful tips were given for cleaning between visits
Very professional and excellent result. This is a great go to company for even the tile and grout cleaning. Everything looks brand new. Wow result. Highly recommended. Jonathan was so patient and friendly.

Positive experience. Technician was friendly, courteous, professional and he explained process. Carpets very well cleaned.
To start off the customer service was terrible. We got our carpets cleaned on monday, the guy came in, gave us our quote and right away told us that one of our rooms should just be ripped out because the cleaning they do wouldn't get it up to par, fine we go ahead and go forth with not getting the room done and…

After giving us a detailed estimate, the tech was very thorough and returned to do the work. He stretched carpet, spot cleaned and repaired some areas. He then cleaned all the carpeted areas. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and hardworking. All with a smile on his face. Great service.
I made contact with COIT, and on short notice they were at my place ready to clean my carpets. Jonathan did a fantastic job. I recommend COIT to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.
They were very responsive to my call to setup my appointment. The technician was on time and his work was excellent.
Love this company! One stop shop to get my house in order. Air ducts cleaned, carpets cleaned, pet order/stains removed, Teflon coated new furniture and restored tired ceramic tile. The grout color seal is worth the money for renewed, consistent color throughout the house. Thank you Fernando, Manny and Jonathan for…
COIT was very efficient and did a great job cleaning my carpets before I moved into my new place. The previous owner had left pet stains and COIT completely got them out. Will be using them again!
The carpet is horrible and smells really bad. My daughter hired them against my wishes and said they were a very good company. However the carpet looks horrible. I could have done better myself with a store bought rug shampooer

Pricier than other companies but COIT has a good method for cleaning carpets. Probably the best cleaning we’ve ever experienced. They do add value- offer to do more than you initially request them to quote. Manny does a great job and represents the company very well. He’s professional and approachable with…
