Patrick was prompt and professional! Knows his stuff and had my dryer disassembled, located problem and reassembled faster than I can eat a burger… hint: pretty damn fast! Highly recommend!

He was excellent!! Within a few minutes of arrival, I went into the kitchen and he had the dryer apart and had tested everything and was going to get the part. When he got back within a very short time he had it cleaned out and back together. It took no more than an hour, including getting the part. Also, he has a great sense of humor!!!
