Patrick is WONDERFUL!!!!! He worked til 9 at night to get my cooler up and going again. He is even good in small spaces.. If you need a repair man he is your guy. Along with his knowledge he is such a sweet caring person who makes sure the job is done and done right with quality parts. My dryer decided to stop heating right in the middle of hosting my son along with several of my nieces and nephews for three weeks—so you can imagine the amount of laundry we’re going through! I initially scheduled a service appointment through the website for the following day. However, after I called and explained my situation, the gentleman told me he was on his way to another service call but would stop by afterward. True to his word, he did exactly that. He quickly diagnosed my Samsung dryer and found that the heating element had gone out. He disassembled the dryer, replaced the defective heating element, reassembled everything, and had it running again—all in under 30 minutes!
