Patrick did a great job on our freezer repair. The fan went out and he ordered and let's us know his timing. A personal person that seemed to be genuine wanting to learn and create a friendly experience. He is our appliance repair guy now.
Of course my refrigerator went out on a Holliday weekend. But Patrick agreed to come out and help. He picked up the piece it needed the next day and came back out and fixed it. He was very quick and I got my Fridge back before my family arrived the next day for the Holliday.
Patrick was referred to me by another leading repair company who couldn’t get out to my place quick enough. From the first time I reached out to him he was immediately responsive and was exceptional to work with.I highly recommend his service. He was fair, honest and extremely professional and courteous.

Showed up on time. Professional. Diagnosed our refrigerator problem after making the required checks. Bad news, refrigerator was dead. Got to buy a new one. OUCH.! I would definitely use this technician again.
