We worked with Tara and she sold our house in less than a week!! Very quick responses and promoted the sale of our house across all forms of social media which helped it sell quickly. Highly recommend
I would rate our agent Vince Scalise as professional, personable, patient, and diligent, and we had no problems with Coldwell Banker. However the process to close on a property in Oneida County NY is slow, inefficient and frustrating, and the general acceptance by everyone in the chain that "it's just the way it is in Upstate NY" is super inconvenient.
My husband and I recently purchased a home with Alyssa, and she was absolutely wonderful! She answered any questions we had and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The whole process was very smooth, albeit lengthy! Overall excellent experience, and will be recommending in the future.
