Kedarius, Drake, Chaz, and Robert we're quick and efficient. They packed up my entire apartment within 4 hours and were courteous and patient throughout. They could've handled some of the more high value items with care.

Allied sub-contracted my move with Coleman.
Lots of damage to my furniture. Actually watched them drop my wall unit off the back of the truck and then spin it in the gravel and tore the living crap out of it.
Damage to wood floors at new home because they just slid the furniture around instead of placing it.
Missing pieces/items.
Driver hit and damaged my new house with the truck because he wasn't using a spotter.

The really crappy thing about Coleman is they don't screen the workers who will be at the out-of-state delivery destination where the move will terminate. I moved from Alabama to Michigan. Coleman contracted 3 individuals out of Detroit to help the driver unpack my furniture. These guys were NOT professional and I think they must have picked them up from the local unemployment office. Not only did they damage most of my stuff, one of them stole $4000 in jewelry from an area of our home they were not even supposed to be in!!!! When the local police got involved Coleman Moving REFUSED to turn over the info on the 3 men they had sub-contracted to unload my stuff. They even refused to provide info to the local authorities! Coleman would not cooperate!!!!! My wife no longer has the gifts I gave her years ago for our anniversary and there's nothing we can do because Coleman won't divulge the names of their contracted workers.
Better get a background check on the people unpacking you at Coleman. They seem to have sticky fingers, at least one of mine did. So if you are moving out of state, demand that the unpackers are "Vetted" through law enforcement.
Last, but not least, one of the men (main suspect in theft of jewelry) re-entered my home AFTER the unload was completed. He was upset because the Coleman driver told him he would not be getting paid due to all the damage he had created. So this dude busts back into my home and angrily CONFRONTED my wife and I because he was not getting paid. It was a very tense interaction.
Would definitely not recommend Coleman!

These guys showed up professional and ready to work. Antonio is a beast, everything perfect fit, dude was playing Tetris with my furniture. Mike was in the zone, packing and heavy lifting all while singing karaoke. Chaz was a man on a mission, very polite, very professional. They came in and got the job done. Packed and loaded my whole apartment in about 6 hours. Yes I highly recommend.
