Tray and TJ were smiling and seemed happy to be here. Unflinching at the pile of debris in my driveway, they loaded it up and laughed. I helped a little because it felt great to throw stuff in the back of their truck. Which was not a dump truck, so they knew they’d be unloading everything by hand. They were…
Fantastic service. Prompt. Professional. Will be back!
Tre and Fernando are amazing!!! They totally figured out how to lift and carry a very heavy piano out my back door onto the deck and around my house. These guys would not give up. The dream team. Thank you guys!!
They were punctual, pleasant, and efficient.
1 Star — Beware of the pricing I would strongly caution others, especially anyone arranging services for an elderly parent, to get a very clear written price before allowing College Hunks to begin work. I was given one price over the phone. However, after the truck was loaded, the price was suddenly approximately…
College Hunks did a great job. Arrived on time, loaded up a huge pile of stuff, and made it disappear like magic! Thanks so much.
Great guys, very friendly and professional. Communicated when they were arriving. Informed me of the cost upfront. Would use them again.
I could not be more pleased with my experience having Esteban and Luke help get some stuff out on the Saturday before Labor Day for a move out. They were transparent, efficient, and out within 15 min for a 1/4 truck load. Definitely recommend for anyone needing moving or junk removal.
Kenzie and Clay were awesome!
Thanks TJ and Robert for all your help! They work efficiently to get rid of unwanted stuff after a move. Professional and courtesy service that I would recommend.
They showed up on time, they were very courteous, kind, and very professional. They had the job done very quickly. I highly recommend them. They’re local which is great. Overall I’m very satisfied with their work.
Recently completed a 7 hour move with College Hunks. My first time, not the last. Darian, Jay and John were tireless and upbeat throughout what was a stressful time for me. They had a challenging job with steep stairs, bulky couches and complicated furniture assembly. Everything arrived in perfect shape. We’re not…
Best service around. You can't go wrong. Very friendly and eager to work staff.
Wow!!! I was HIGHLY impressed with this company!! The guys were amazing! They worked quickly.... they were thoroughly and they were super professional and friendly. They called to let us know when they would be there and they were early!! Would 100% recommend this service to anyone who wants a reasonably priced removal service! Great job!!
Darian, Ben L, John, and Jay did an excellent job helping me pack and move. They went above and beyond and were incredibly kind and helpful. They were efficient and fast! I honestly hope I don’t have to live for a while, but I will definitely give college hunks a call the next time I do!
Quick, efficient, professional and kind. Trey and Fernando were awesome and I can’t thank them enough. My garage was completely overwhelming me but they made it so easy and were incredibly compassionate.
The two guys were so great. Professional and solved our problem.
Kenzie was great and very professional. Would use Kenzie, Ben and Jackson anytime
I have used College HUNKS multiple times and always have 5 star service! They’re efficient and friendly. My thought is you get what you pay for and this is definitely worth the money!
We hired College HUNKS to clear out a wide assortment of junk from our home of 18 years. They gave us an honest estimate and arrived promptly on the day we picked for the job. The two guys who did the work - Tray and Edwin - were friendly and hard working and their good cheer did not flag for the duration of the…
I love College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving Asheville! I recommend them whenever possible and use them myself. As a realtor, unexpected needs pop up all the time and my first call is to College HUNKS. They are detail oriented, their staff is incredibly courteous and efficient and they show up when they say they…

Tray and TJ came by and got all my trash cleaned up quick! I had 4 appliances, a ton of cardboard, and a bunch of scrap metal. They were nice and left my property looking so much nicer.

I needed to get rid of TONS of moving cardboard before the ice storm hit and they were available the day I called! They were prompt, polite, efficient and careful of the property. I plan to use them again in a couple of weeks for a bigger clean up project! Thanks guys!
Cole and Austin were helpful and extremely pleasant
I just moved from Asheville to Houston, and I will never use or recommend these movers again. Packing seemed fine during the process. The movers were nice overall and completed everything within a relatively reasonable amount of time. The issue occurred when I unpacked the boxes. All the clothing and shoes that…
Tray and Fernando worked quickly and efficiently to clear out a property that included navigating a tricky basement egress and loads of heavy junk. I especially appreciated their positivity and willingness to go above and beyond to clean up someone else’s nastiness!
These guys are great! Super professional, got everything crammed in the truck and moved a heavy bookcase up the stairs in under 90 minutes.
After a devastating flood that destroyed our basement, my husband’s mancave, his office, and our garage, we were left overwhelmed—not only by the damage but by the mess that followed. Months earlier, we’d ordered a heavy reclining sofa that had been sitting boxed in the basement since February because of how awkward…
Very professional and helpful.
Great service with very professional people
Third experience with them. They are always great! Trey and his team are fantastic as usual. Made a difficult task appear easy. Highly professional team and friendly.
Always professional, great to see Trevor each time. Quick and through.
Five stars all around!! They went above and beyond to get an apartment cleaned out, both for donation and dump, working after hours to get it all done. Would hire again and again.
Able to schedule appointment for same day that I called! Team was awesome at communicating and came exactly when I expected them to. Very respectful and careful with removing old couch from my home. Efficient and lovely to work with.
To be honest, I wasn’t prepared for how professional and efficient College Hunks would be. I worked with Virginia in the local office, and she helped organize everything for me. Marcello and Nazir handled the move, and they were both amazing—professional, engaging, energetic—they were so interactive with my…
Great experience. Two professional and friendly young men carried our old recliner away. They called me when they were on the way and arrived at estimated time. Will use this service again.
UPDATE: After posting this review the company reached out to me and offered an almost 50% refund. This College Hunks experience was a disaster from start to finish. I hired two crews for a move and junk removal, but only one crew showed up and they were incredibly inefficient and confused about what to move versus…
I was able to book a service pretty fast and had many choices for timing/days! Workers were very nice and took care of my pick up quickly and efficiently!
Had an old bulky heavy Hot Tub & Cover to be removed - ALL gone in about 1 hour!! Communicative, on time , efficient and tidy! Thank you!
2nd Experience) I moved from NC to Florida and it required the Hunks to load 1 day and drive approximately 10 hours the next day to deliver my furnishings. David the Lead Captain on the first day came w/six guys! I cannot say enough great things about each of them: Fedder (I think may be a co-captain), Cam, Nazir,…
I am SO happy to have that old refrigerator out of my kitchen! The guys were great and very professional.
Logan and Riley were a huge help! I’ve been downsizing and they have hauled off many things. I would definitely recommend this company for your junk removal and moving needs.
Tray and Cody gave awesome service today! So mannerly and very careful. Friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend them. (And they loved our pets!)
ANOTHER 5 STARS AS OF JULY 2024!! Once again blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and efficiency of this company! Tray and Fernando made light work of some heavy and awkward junk in no time. Furthermore, they were just delightful humans to start my day with. Big shout out to Tray! Thank you :) PAST REVIEW:…

Ethan P., Eli and Cody were quick to get to work and understand what I wanted. I was surprised how fast the junk was removed and they were considerate with confirming that some of the nicer items were to be discarded. The second day Cody and Tray were quick to get things removed and I was very pleased with their work.
The guys were on time. Polite and had a great sense of humor. The whole transaction was a pleasure . Thanks Tray and Cody!
Cody and Jack were great to work with. Both were pleasant and efficient. They were also clear about charges and worked with us to determine the best order for the labor (packing) and junk removal process from several different places in our home. I definitely recommend their services. Cathy
I used College HUNKS for both removal of outdoor furniture/grill + moving a large treadmill from one location to another. I called on a Monday and they were able to get me an apt for the very next day! Tray & Charlie (our HUNKS) were on time and super friendly! Would 100% recommend and use again in the future!!!
The guys were very nice. They were in and out quickly. Don't forget to tip them!
Seriously the best decision EVER! There are no dumpsters available in AVL right now. College Hunks came out and took what we thought was going to be two loads in one truck. Tray and Cody were professional, funny and really knew how to pack it all into ONE truck!! Well worth hiring.
Eli and Logan did a great job hauling off some old furniture and old household items. They were early and arrived right when they said they would. Communication was great and both were very professional. This is our second time using College Hunks and we would use them again.

I had the opportunity to work with College Hunks this last week. Cody and Tray were very cheery, friendly and professional. You could tell they enjoyed what they were doing! They did a great job and worked very quickly to load up the junk we had for them to remove. I was also surprised to find out the many other…

USED THE HUNKS 3.18.2021. ELI AND CODY DID NOT WASTE TIME AND DID A SUPER JOB OF CLEARING OUT UNWANTED ITEMS FOR US!!! MATT AND JERI HAHNER
The team was polite and went right to work! Nice fellows and very well presented.
Tristan and Whitman called 20 minutes before they arrived within the time window that was noted and were super friendly and fast. I also got a call from the main office to confirm my time window and let me know it would be closer to the later part of the window, which was helpful. I was even able to get same day…
