On June 16 at approximately 8:39 a.m., I had a unreasonable and avoidable experience with a College Hunks Hauling Junk truck on SH-130. The truck was traveling at an estimated 75-80 mph while weaving aggressively through traffic. The occupants were making hostile gestures, and the driver forced my vehicle into the grass median so they could get around traffic. It was an incredibly dangerous maneuver that could have easily caused a serious accident. I took a photo of the truck and reported the incident. A manager contacted me once, but I unfortunately missed the call. I returned the call shortly afterward and also sent a follow-up email. Despite making efforts to continue the conversation, I never received a response. I understand that one driver's actions do not necessarily represent an entire company, but how a business responds to a serious safety complaint speaks volumes. Reckless driving in a clearly marked company vehicle puts everyone on the road at risk and reflects poorly on the business. I hope this incident is investigated and addressed before someone is seriously injured.

Trying to book an estimate booked me into an actual appointment for them to come to my house without any quotes/etc. No way to easily cancel online without getting another email and signing in via an account/link. It's 2025, get it together.

Pro: Crew arrived exactly on time and did a fantastic job moving our sofa. In and out. even took care to make sure the pets didn't get out. great guys, polite, careful, quick. Cons: Classic "Cheap Quote / Jack up the Price" deal. I put EXACTLY what was moving into the website. I put EXACTLY where it was in the house. Once they got here, they more than doubled the quote. I get that the quote was an estimate. I expected it to change a little. However, there's a difference between "it's a little bigger / heavier, we need to charge a little more" and the B.S. they pulled, but hey, why not take advantage of the fact that I needed the sofa gone and they were already here. So congrats on getting the extra $100, we'll use someone else next time.
Came an hour early, price quoted $109, price charged $276- one sofa from ground level- took advantage of a 70 yo person- they were more than 2x the price of other quotes!
Nice guys. Estimated price surprised us, but we needed the stuff out of our garage. $381 for a small freezer, a mattress, and a lawn mower.

Would never hire this company for a move again. We’ve hired movers across multiple states and this is the first time we’ve had such a poor experience. The lead mover had a bad attitude from the jump and was borderline disrespectful whenever we would respectfully ask basic questions / make suggestions during the move. As if that wasn’t bad enough, after a fairly subpar experience, we were put on the spot to tip “at least 20% for a job well done” and when we questioned his assessment of the job quality and offered constructive criticism, the guy got super defensive and rude and then just walked off not willing to engage in any further conversation. We routinely tip generously for good service, but not for poor service when you’re talked down to and shown bad attitude. We still ended up tipping 15% even though they didn’t deserve it… We provided internal feedback to the company after job completion and no one from the company even bothered to reach out to us to discuss our concerns. Kinda baffled by the 4.9 average rating on Google, which is what lured us in the first place. Anyway guys, you’ve been warned if you’re thinking about hiring this company.
