As always the staff and technicians were friendly,professional. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful especially with the paperwork.

The overall experience was wonderful! Sheila, Chelsea and Mariana always made sure to keep me up to date on my repair and were so friendly and welcoming. My car looks fresh off the lot and like nothing ever happened. I will definitely be recommending ALL my friends and family to come see them!!

Excellent, professional service. I had a full (shattered) panoramic moon roof replaced. They kept me informed every step of the way through completion and did an excellent job. Organized, excellent follow-through. So glad I used Collision Care Express!

Personnel was very nice and helpful but I felt that they didn't follow through when they say they would. Example: not returning calls, not emailing estimates, taking too long to repair car (18 days).

They did a truly professional job in repairing my Tesla after being hit by a drunk driver. While it did take a considerable amount of time, I must say it involved waiting for parts and working with the insurance company. Everything was completed per manufacturer’s methods and the repair was first class.
