Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship

I own a rare vehicle with only 3 shops in Florida for repairs. My insurance company, USAA, chose Collision Care Xpress. Due to the shortage of parts, the repair process took several weeks, but they kept me very well informed. The car looks great. And I would definitely use them again.

The customer service was great after that they kept my car for 3 weeks had to bring it back for more repairs and it's in the shop for 4 days now with no one working on it

The service and care that I received from Yaz and the staff was exemplary. I received a rental that I was able to pick up and drop off at their location. They kept me abreast as they moved my vehicle to different departments. This whole process was just so seamless. I could ask for anything better. Thank you all so much!!!!!

Very positive experience after my car accident where there was damage to both the front and rear of the car. I was kept informed each step of the way and telephone calls were returned. People were friendly and easy to deal with. My car looks brand new after all the repairs and works well.
