Great place to bring your collision vehicle! I have a Tesla Model 3 it was hit in the back left panel really bad. Collision care was able to fix my car like brand new! Do not use this place. Car has been in the shop for more than a month to fix a very small dent in the bumper. The shop failed to pre order parts and took the vehicle apart. My car has been sitting at the shop waiting on parts and they will not put it back together and let me drive my car while they wait on parts.

Brought my 2021 Ram 2500 here for a Geico insurance repair. They repaired our vehicle for the original estimate and kept us updated with the vehicle status the entire time. The work quality is top notch. I highly recommend this company.

They did a truly professional job in repairing my Tesla after being hit by a drunk driver. While it did take a considerable amount of time, I must say it involved waiting for parts and working with the insurance company. Everything was completed per manufacturer’s methods and the repair was first class.

Very through as to what was being done and what we could expect, then daily we were updated where we stood regarding the vehicle until the job was completed. We were asked to inspect as well as were given a breakdown of the estimate and what the actual was, nothing hidden. Totally appreciated those extra touches.

Even after two attempts, still defects and added stains to car seat in a simple door scratch repair on a common car. The women who work customer service are polite and friendly, but otherwise you will regret taking your car here for repair.

My experience at Collision Care Express was a 10/10 experience. Sheila was very professional and kind during my entire repair process. Not only do they have exceptional customer service, the result of their work out did my expectations. This is the best and ONLY body shop you should go to in South Florida.
