Pricey repair for a bad paint job

The customer service was excellent. Amber was so sweet and helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. I started with Chris Caputo and he was the best.

Highly professional and great communication skills from beginning to end. My Grandson referred me, Devin Gaston, I trust him even more now. He said I would be pleased.

The entire experience was just disappointing! To start their customers service representatives are RUDE! You have to call their number 10 times simply for them to answer a phone call UNLESS IT IS CONVENIENT TO THEM. But it all makes sense when you show up and everyone IS sitting around not doing absolutely ANYTHING… Read full review

Chris, Nysia, Andrea, Michael, Juju, Amber, Sheila all have given me the best customer service and work that I ever had at a body shop. They fixed all my issues that other body shops couldn’t do. I recommend Collision Care as the only body that cares of everything about you and your car

Fixed my bumper that was hit. Even fixed the other side that was previously damaged. Paint looks great, and the detailed the inside of my car even. Customer service reps were awesome as well.

The process was simple and easy; all employees were super friendly especially JuJu (my rep), she was always in contact with me, very detailed explaining what was or not done and super nice.

My Mustang was hit by another car. Collision Care Xpress repaired it very well. Amber was willing to wait past normal closing time to allow me to get my car today.

Estimate accurate. Work done neatly.

Outstanding customer service. Every phone call answered or returned. Every email was answered. My car looked showroom ready. I highly recommend them.

They were incredibly quick to get my car in the shop after my accident and were vigilant in keeping me updated with progress reports. The car came out looking great and was fixed well ahead of schedule

They had my car for 3weeks and my repairs still weren’t done properly. They told me I would have to bring the car back to finish the work but they took my money for the repairs. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Best customer service ever. Great team. Very responsible professionals. I recommend your service to everyone and if it was the case (hopefully not an accident) ... I will surely com back. Special Thanks to : Sheila, Amber, Pat Campos, Steven , Joshi ❤️You guys are amazing 🤩

Tesla y 22 repair. Good team. Professional informative and clean. They ll do the leg work for you. 💪💪 sheila and pat were good

Julissa helped make my whole experience stress free, I will definitely recommend her to my friends.

They Ordered the wrong part for my car and they didn’t even notify me that they ordered the wrong part. I’ve been out of a car for over a month now and they keep lying on when it will be ready. Not professional. My 30 day rental is over so now I have to pay out of pocket to get around because my car is still not… Read full review

The most professional, full-service body shop I have ever experienced. Car kept an exceptionally long time (contrary to what was promised). Impossible to get truthful answers that were not subsequently contradicted. Nothing they said proved to be accurate. Very few assurances and promises were kept. Despite always being promised a “call back shortly” - they rarely occurred. The… Read full review

Great job

Nelson recommended that I come in for an estimate because the pictures of the damages sent could be minor or major repairs. I was skeptical but obliged anyway, and I'm glad I did. Everyone, we're great. It was a family atmosphere. Shayla, Amber, Adrienne, Nelson, and Mr. Fix anything, Joel. Joel was able to fix the… Read full review
