Just took too long partly due to parts availability but communication would have help. When job was reportedly completed it wasn’t but the manager Chris got on it. Estimate accurate. Work done neatly.

Very nice crew of people. Kept me informed and updated me on how things were going on with my vehicle. Thanks 🙏🏾

I'm way over angry with these people, it's been almost 3 months since then got my car and is still not ready. They latest is that they ordered the wrong wheels, they ordered them almost 4 weeks ago, and nobody had the most basic idea to check if they will fit or not, so they wasted a almost a whole mont; it's ridiculous...

Was in a car accident, which left damage to my passenger side of car. My car was scheduled for repairs with ease. Very friendly and quick service, due to appointments having gap windows. A rental was provided while car was being repaired, which took about a week. Car looks like no accident ever occurred.

You guys did an excellent job

Theo Shayla and juju Took such amazing care of me. It took forever but they don’t have control over the lack of supply chains right now so they constantly checked in and kept me updated on the process of my repair. It’s complete and I couldn’t be happier with the final product and the smiles behind the counter. Thank you collision care express!

The staff here is very friendly! They made sure the job is done right, no corners were cut. I’m glad I choose this place; the work done on your vehicle is warranted for the time you own the vehicle. That’s very reassuring. Thank you! Jose, Joel, and Amber. You guys where great.

Over 6 weeks they still can’t even tell me when my car will be done. 6 weeks to fix a dent in a bumper. At no point did they express any reasons for delays like not being able to get the parts, according to them they have been actually working on my car this whole time. Additionally, I am looking at a bill 8 times… Read full review

Very positive experience after my car accident where there was damage to both the front and rear of the car. I was kept informed each step of the way and telephone calls were returned. People were friendly and easy to deal with. My car looks brand new after all the repairs and works well.

Repaired a major job after collision including bodywork and structure.

Top notch!!! Service advisers, techs, painters, office people, etc., were on another level. I've heard of the quality work they do and finally got to experience it. After being in many body shops, I can assure you, these guys are definitely worth the $ 5⭐️'s Thanx Pat
