Worked wonderfully with Adalberto on pricing and the team that came out knocked out the project in half a day.

Started out well, had a very nice inspector/project manager Thomas (no connection despite the great name) who came out and did the quote. He was exceptional and attentive throughout the process. The roof was done quickly and without any issue. The gutters were a little less simple, when I initially got the quote, I…

I have loved working with Colony through my property management company. Ashley Fox is so quick and detailed oriented with every job I send her. Great team overall!!

Had a great experience getting a new roof and gutters from them. Stone Yancey made the process clear and was very responsive!

I had the pleasure of working with Colony Roofing, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service they provided. From the moment I first contacted them, Zach, the owner and salesperson, demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to making the entire roofing process as smooth as possible for me. One…

Not the best honestly. My husband had to go back and forth with them about the quality of the installation. Eventually they came back out but at that point we were just ready to be done with them. I think they are fine as long as everything goes right, but when it goes wrong they are hard to nail down for follow up.

Excellent organization. Instant response and service. Communication and execution are above and beyond expectations.

Colony Roofers is very professional, attentive to details, communicative, and fast. Thomas was our project contact and was both professional and personable. He was a pleasure to work with. And the company owner reached out when we requested a quote. We are extremely happy with the contacts, communication, and…

Very professional, skilled and courteous. My roof, fascia and gutter replacement was excellent and very affordable. I highly recommend them.

The crew did an excellent job and worked very hard from early morning until they had to stop for darkness. Thomas Williams who was our primary contact was very professional, knowledgable, and responsive throughout the process.

Highly recommend

Quality service. The company communicated with us throughout the process. They were fair priced, on time and organized. Would highly recommend.

Very responsive service from Billy. Colony Roofers showed up when promised, worked late to make sure gutters were installed same day. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend for gutter installation and roof repair.

They were efficient and consistently communicated with me. All the workers were mindful of my time and ensured that the repairs were done quickly and well
