Wow Aedahi Patricio does a extraordinary job
I have loved working with Colony through my property management company. Ashley Fox is so quick and detailed oriented with every job I send her. Great team overall!!
Outstanding and responsive customer service. Very good work completed on jobs!
Colony Roofers is a hidden gem! We had a roof leak and Colony Roofers came quickly. Giovanni was very knowledgeable and did the most thorough inspection. They came the next day to repair and replace all the pipe boots. More importantly, they did a thorough maintenance for the entire roof to help extend its service…
Lucio performed an amazing job, he was very efficient and knowledgeable! He cleaned out our overly filled and clogged gutters and left the the roof looking amazing as well! I even signed up for their maintenance plan to keep them clean and clog free. Thanks again for your services, I highly recommend!
I have a small modular sunroom on my house. It was leaking. The representative from Colony roofing assured me it could be fixed. He Told me it should last for 20 years. I was happy with the work and the price. About a month later we got about 3 days of hard rain. It leaked again. I reported it. I am now waiting for…

They are so wonderful and professional with very good price. I love this company to work with.
Excellent organization. Instant response and service. Communication and execution are above and beyond expectations.
Stone Yancey did a professional inspection, he answered all the questions that I had to fix the leak in our roof, also noticed another possible area where a leak might happen and the quote was less than either of the others than I had. His team finished in a couple of hours and I would recommend Stone to work on any…
My property was visited by Billie to inspect and repair a roof leak. Billie was very well spoken and professional and even was able to get to our appointment early as he was in the area. He inspected everything throughly and resolved the leak issue. I found everyone I interacted with at this company to be pleasant…
Thomas was very responsive and worked with us for changes during project. We recommend them for your project. High quality work.
Thomas from colony roofers came out to inspect our home for roof damage. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done for the repair. They also repaired some rotted wood on the fascia boards and soffits. This was all done in a timely manner. I appreciate good contractors because I have…

They did an awesome job would recommend their services.
Very pleased with Giovanni and Colony Roofers. They were able to check out our property the same day I called, provided drone photos of our roof and created a plan to repair the damage. Very communicative and did a great job. Thank you!
Colony Roofers did a great job repairing my roof. They were very reasonable with pricing, they communicated well and were responsive, and they got the job done quickly, on the day they said they would.
I discovered a leak in my rooftop deck after a recent storm. Colony Roofers sent Giovanni out the same day to start the process. He was reliable, courteous and knowledgeable on finding a not so obvious problem. Edna in accounting is also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and will use them for any future…
The original construction of my house was poor. The OSB on joints spaced 24 inches had sagged. The lot was very wooded and the roof rarely dried out. I wanted 3/4 inch replacement plywood and the very best underlayment I could get. I had multiple estimates and I needed a roofer who was nimble enough to…
Tree fell on my house. Jennifer got a tech out super quickly to check it out. Quote was reasonable and work was well done. Highly recommend.
I had a very good experience with these roofers. Giovanni was very at tentative and helpful throughout the process. Very organized and thorough, highly recommend.
Colony roofers gave me a second opinion on roof problems causing leaks inside my house. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. The company that had put my roof on gave me the first estimate. What they told me sounded reasonable - what do I know about roofs - and i would have gone with them just to get the problem…
We had large tree limbs fall on our roof piercing part of the roof and into the house ceiling 10:30 at night. After talking to our insurance broker, I started on repair calls. Colony Roofers was the first company I called. Jennifer in the office was extremely helpful and lined us up for Giovanni Nunez to come out…
The guys from Colony Roofers were quick to respond sending a representative out to inspect our roof. They quickly put a quote together & once approved they came out in days to carry out the repairs. They quickly & professionally did the job & it looks great.
I give Colony Roofers an unqualified recommendation as a roofer. My roof had not been replaced in "too long" so I was one of "those" homeowners, whose roof needed repairs and even new decking (my call) in one area. From first to last contact - including field and office personnel - every interaction was a…
