My roof was installed within the week. The experience to this point has been on point. Good contact, I had a really good rep. Flexible with scheduling. Done in one day and no way to know they were here by 4pm.
Started out well, had a very nice inspector/project manager Thomas (no connection despite the great name) who came out and did the quote. He was exceptional and attentive throughout the process. The roof was done quickly and without any issue. The gutters were a little less simple, when I initially got the quote, I…
I recently made the decision to replace my roof and contacted three highly rated roofing contractors in the greater Atlanta area. Kevin at Colony Roofers was great at keeping us informed as the job progressed and Zach was on top of it when the work was being done. The installers arrived early and finished the job by 2:30, just in time for the 3:00pm rain. I enjoyed the 6 man coordinated ballet on my roof and they cleaned up so well that I…

If anyone reaches out to me in the future asking for a roof contractor, I won’t hesitate to recommend this company. Jennifer in the office was so kind and efficient in helping with any concerns we had and the techs were all fantastic. If your sick of contractors doing sub par work, this is the company to work with.
The original construction of my house was poor. The OSB on joints spaced 24 inches had sagged. The lot was very wooded and the roof rarely dried out. I wanted 3/4 inch replacement plywood and the very best underlayment I could get. I had multiple estimates and I needed a roofer who was nimble enough to…
As a fellow contractor, I have to say Colony is above par. They have helped me on multiple jobs and Jennifer in the office is always a great help. The whole team truly cares about their customers. 10/10

I give Colony Roofers an unqualified recommendation as a roofer. Once we started the crew was on time and Eddie, the project manager, was amazing. Lastly, Zach came by the last day to check in and make sure everything looked perfect. We would definitely recommend Colony!
I don’t think you can find a better materials and labor warranty than what Colony Roofers offers. Colony Roofers replaced my roof at a very competitive price! Also, CertainTeed appears to be one of the few shingle manufacturers where you can transfer the warranty from owner to owner without notification.
Colony roof did a good job replacing my roof, had a good experience with the rep I dealt with, his name is Dwayne, no hard sell, gave me options and cost was within insurance specs, roof replaced on sked and so far no hiccups. I would be willing to recommend them.
