Giovanne was very professional and easy to work with. The cost was fair. The workers were quick in coming out and getting the roof repair done and going the extra mile to make sure everything was to my satisfaction by taking after photos of the repair for my viewing. I am very happy.

Stone Yancey did a professional inspection, he answered all the questions that I had to fix the leak in our roof, also noticed another possible area where a leak might happen and the quote was less than either of the others than I had. I live in a 1940's condo that is built with rebar and solid plaster. No drywall. The HOA put a new roof on a couple of years ago. In the middle of a downpour recently, water started running, not leaking, from my HVAC unit into my kitchen and to the unit below. The Air Handler is on the roof. I immediately called…

I give Colony Roofers an unqualified recommendation as a roofer. My roof had not been replaced in "too long" so I was one of "those" homeowners, whose roof needed repairs and even new decking (my call) in one area. From first to last contact - including field and office personnel - every interaction was a…
