Alex is the man! I am a stressed out owner trying to sell my house and found out we had a radon issue at inspection. Alex and Tim both answered my calls/emails and helped ease my anxiety. Our foundation is challenging but Alex got it done in one afternoon. Thank you guys!
Thank you, Morgan! We're so glad Alex and Tim could ease your stress and get your radon mitigation system installed so quickly. Best of luck with selling your home!
They found a way to install the radon system where other vendors could not. Post install the system is working well, radon levels are < 1 pci/l. They were clear about pricing before we started and they held to that price. The installers arrived on time and got the job done in one day. Overall, this is a very professional outfit.
Thank you, Newton! We're thrilled we could design a radon mitigation system that worked for your home and successfully lowered your radon levels. We appreciate your kind words about our team and pricing!
Jeffco sent out free radon tests. Ours was SKY HIGH +13!!! Consulted Next Door and found Alex Gable’s COLORADO RADON CO. Tim gave me a thorough explanation of possible scope of work starting with a new fan. Alex arrived at appointed time, was cool with our overly curious dog, explained what was needed suggesting the lowest priced new fan (“Maverick”) rather than the most expensive. Installation was quick and thorough. Within 24 hours our personal radon detector showed a 1.5 level, indicating radon mitigation is real when the fan actually works. Highly recommend CRC, and high praise to Tim & Alex for being honest and conscientious when backing the company’s promises.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Ellen! We are so glad Tim and Alex could help get your radon levels down safely and quickly. We pride ourselves on honest service and effective radon mitigation. We really appreciate your recommendation!
