Great service ! Highly recommended
I have been using Comfort Atlanta for all my heating and air needs for years now. They are always dependable, honest, and reasonably priced compared to other companies. I highly recommend Comfort Atlanta for all your HVAC needs!
The technician arrived on time and performed the needed services very quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with his manners and professioalism. I recommend your services to anyone who may need service in the future.
Very nice trustworthy company. Professional explained all aspects of what was wrong with AC what needed to be done and what could be future plans.
Quite a nasty clog that my simple homeowner skills could not dislodge. Demetrio got it free and the line cleared so we could migrate back upstairs again. Quick, courteous, reasonably priced. We look forward to ongoing maintenance with Comfort Atlanta.
Demetrio from Comfort Atlanta HVAC did an excellent job! He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough throughout the entire service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the HVAC system was properly checked and serviced. It’s refreshing to…
Fantastic experience. Isaac was trustworthy, informative, and conscientious. I appreciated him wearing shoe covers before entering our home, explaining thoroughly what his visit would entail and what needed to be done.
The gentlemen were very professional and explained what they were doing in detail. We got the annual service contract today and are very happy with Comfort Atlanta Heating and Air.
I called in an emergency and Demetrio was able to provide support right away. He was diligent and went through the details and explained everything.
Demetrio was very professional. He was able to fix my A/C unit quickly. I recently had another company come out and they tried to sell me a brand new HVAC unit when it was not needed. Confort Atlanta Heating and Air is super professional and honest. They have a costumer for life!
As always, they are efficient, fast, and affordable! Been with Comfort Atlanta Heating & Air for several years!
The service person is great. He is kind and easy to communicate with. However, he wasn't adequately prepared, even though we have had a contract with them for years now. He didn't have a filter with him, as he thought we would have it for some reason. We have never supplied the filer and always purchased from them.…
Prompt perfect service
Been using Comfort for over a year and I have no complaints. Technicians are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Prices seem fair/affordable for the area. Making appointment was also easy. I would definitely trust Comfort in the future!
The technician was very professional thorough, and he explained my options very clearly to me
Excellent service! Quick to respond and install, with great communication throughout.
Our AC/furnace failed over the weekend (July 26th), and John at Comfort Atlanta was a lifesaver! He arranged a top-quality Trane replacement with 12 months 0% financing and had the old unit removed and the new one installed in just one morning. Professional, fast, and reliable—we’re back to cool, fresh air and…
Always Greate Service
They are very professional and trustworthy. Replaced 2 commercial AC units for our building, good price and quality. 100% recommend.
Always on time and know what they are doing.
Demetrio was on time and very professional. He came prepared with protective shoe coverings (I didn't have to ask). I was able to comfortably get my questions answered and I liked how thorough he was with his explanations. It's clear that he's knowledgeable about HVACs. Signing up for the membership and making the…
Edgar came to the rescue once again. I called with my issue and the customer service rep was kind and patient. He found a tech available to come out within the hour to my business. Edgar arrived in about 30 mins max. He was thorough and efficient. So glad I chose this company to service my business.
Edgar was very informative and courteous. Explained everything when adding r22 refrigerant to my AC system.
Excellent company! Super service, timely, professional, reasonably priced. We used them to baby along our old hvac systems until they just weren't repairable any more. Then we had them install new systems last year and have been thrilled with the new systems efficiency. Now we use Comfort Atlanta for preventative…
Excellent! Did all possible to repair my old system and actually did so.
Very professional, and overall a great job. We were having a/c problems for a few days, and they fixed it quickly for a great price. Was pleasantly happy with the work and the services provided
I’ve used this company a few times and feel that Demetrio is honest and professional. I appreciate him and the company. Thank you
John the owner is very responsive. His crew guy who showed up to two different rentals I own was very professional and took the time to explain to me what was needed, why, and how much it would be. I own several rentals and I am a real estate agent. I cannot imagine using any other company. Even my tenant text me how impressed he was.
Jason came out and did awesome work. We were experiencing a noisy system and he took the time to get it sorted out
We had a great experience with Comfort Atlanta. From the initial call that we made, the pricing and the install today all has been perfect. We needed a replacement of one of our systems and looking for the “right company” to do so can be a hassle. After we got in touch with Comfort Atlanta all this became easy.…
