Amazing job. Demetrio and Aryan got me hooked up! I sweating like a sinner in church and now I feel like a deacon!
Anthony was very helpful in fixing my ac. He explained what the issue was and fixed it promptly. Thank you!
I was able to get next-day service. The tech arrived on time, was courteous and efficient and able to diagnose the problem quickly. Also checked for additional issues and gave a thorough report. Pricing felt fair and was explained. Very happy with this company.
Fantastic experience. Isaac was trustworthy, informative, and conscientious. I appreciated him wearing shoe covers before entering our home, explaining thoroughly what his visit would entail and what needed to be done.
Repairs made by Demetrio and team! Unit is working great! Thank you!
Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced.
Tech was very professional Showed up on time Diagnosed the issue and made the repair. Our AC went out last night and they were able to send a tech out first thing this morning (I called this am). Thank you so much
Edgar came to the rescue once again. I called with my issue and the customer service rep was kind and patient. He found a tech available to come out within the hour to my business. Edgar arrived in about 30 mins max. He was thorough and efficient. So glad I chose this company to service my business.
Consistently fast, efficient and friendly. Have used these guys for several years and will continue to do so.
Comfort Air did a great job. Edgar was our tech, and he was knowledgeable. Very patient with me as I tried to explain what I thought the problem might be. He replaced the condensation pump, like I suggested, and he also replaced a capacitor on our outside unit and topped off the Freon. On time, thorough,…
Excellent company! Super service, timely, professional, reasonably priced. We used them to baby along our old hvac systems until they just weren't repairable any more. Then we had them install new systems last year and have been thrilled with the new systems efficiency. Now we use Comfort Atlanta for preventative…
Comfort Atlanta is super professional and really responsive. Edgar looked at my AC unit and furnace within a 3 months period and was very thorough. Great service for a reasonable price.
Excellent! Did all possible to repair my old system and actually did so.
I had a much better experience with Comfort Atlanta than other companies I got a quote from. Comfort Atlanta was honest, straight forward, and priced competitively. John specifically took the time to explain what was wrong with my HVAC, which I very much appreciated. Look forward to using them again!
Edgar, the technician was extremely professional and was very patient in helping me understand the issue with our unit. He took care of the repair and we are very happy with his service. Thank you!
First time who came he can’t fixed problem . But second time who came he did awesome job. Now everything working perfectly.
The installation and sales people were 100% professional and pleasant (happy, even) while doing their work. Everything was as promised with no hassles or exceptions. The product is Trane, and we now have 4 Trane units -- all of which work flawlessly. The price offered was also very competitive FYI.
Our A/C unit stopped working the day before. Out of (7) AC companies we called to ask for help as quick as possible, none of them could see us for 4-5 days at minimum. This company answered the phone promptly without a wait, scheduled the appointment quickly and within 3 hours we were fixed and up and running. The…
Comfort Atlanta did a hvac repair site visit and fix the same day I called. Very good customer service!
What a great company to work with! We have had several AC units with issues in the past month, every time we called them for service they have come to our location within few hours and fixed the issue. We had 3 units replaced, excellent with communications, providing a quote and scheduling install time that was…
Great service! Thanks
Fast visit, friendly knowledgeable technician
Came out and diagnosed/fixed the problem on the same day I called. Showed me what component was broken, then showed me how the proper component should function. Informative and no upsell. Will use again.
Great experience and will definitely use them again.
John the owner is very responsive. His crew guy who showed up to two different rentals I own was very professional and took the time to explain to me what was needed, why, and how much it would be. I own several rentals and I am a real estate agent. I cannot imagine using any other company. Even my tenant text me how impressed he was.
Delivered excellent service by correctly diagnosing an issue and fixing promptly!
These guys are great. Always on time, excellent communication, and reliable at fair prices. I have used them for my rental properties, commercial and residential, for several years now, from a new installation to repairs. I have been delighted with their service so far!
