I can highly recommend Comfort Atlanta for their home repair service. They are very professional, HONEST, and very fairly priced. I've owned my home for 12 years and have use a half dozen different HVAC contractors over the years and only just found Comfort Atlanta in 2026; I will only be calling them going forward!…
The service person is great. He is kind and easy to communicate with. However, he wasn't adequately prepared, even though we have had a contract with them for years now. He didn't have a filter with him, as he thought we would have it for some reason. We have never supplied the filer and always purchased from them.…

This was my first time using Comfort Atlanta Heating and Air. I was quite happy with their service. I wanted to have my A/C checked as we enter the spring /summer season even though I haven’t had any issues with my AC system in the past. Although I originally scheduled my service for next week due to my schedule…

Had Comfort Atlanta out for annual maintenance. Their technician, Antony, came out on time and did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system. He inspected the system, ran it a little, and made sure all was in good working order. We are all set for whatever weather we get next. Comfort Atlanta has made sure we…

Our AC/furnace failed over the weekend (July 26th), and John at Comfort Atlanta was a lifesaver! He arranged a top-quality Trane replacement with 12 months 0% financing and had the old unit removed and the new one installed in just one morning. Professional, fast, and reliable—we’re back to cool, fresh air and…
My wife and I needed new HVAC systems for our house as the original ones from 1997 finally gave up the ghost. We had Comfort Atlanta out to our house before and they did what they could to keep the systems running. But now that it was finally time to get a new system we chose them as they had been very responsive…

Friendly and professional maintenance visit!
I am a new homeowner in Harlow development looking for prompt service on bit of an emergency and they delivered next day service . This is in contrast to another vendor that had serviced the home for previous homeowner. Called the previous owner recommended vendor . It could not respond for more than a week.…
Top notch service and employee.
Quick and reliable. Great service and great price. The technician John has been out twice and remembers us from last year. He does a great job of explaining issues and keeps you well informed. Overall a great company
Comfort Air did a great job. Edgar was our tech, and he was knowledgeable. Very patient with me as I tried to explain what I thought the problem might be. He replaced the condensation pump, like I suggested, and he also replaced a capacitor on our outside unit and topped off the Freon. On time, thorough,…

Excellent service. They come when they say and most importantly they are honest.
