I’ve had my entire system redone by them, ducts and all. They stand by their work and have an extremely quick response time and do professional installs. Highly recommended!
I had an old AC unit stop working at my house. I reached out to three companies. Comfort Star was the first to respond and the first to get a tech (Shane) out to diagnose. Decided to fully replace entire system. The install team did a great job and left the attic space looking better than when they arrived. Few…
Timely and efficient service with excellent attention to detail.
If you’re looking for a local owned and operated Houston air-conditioning company, look no further than Comfort Star. They’re incredibly capable to service your AC units, or when the time comes, to replace them. Habib, the owner, has been very accommodating when we had to take care of some major air-conditioning…
I highly recommend Comfort Star. They replaced both AC units at my house and did an excellent job from start to finish. Got a new heat pump installed and works wonderfully. Had a free assessment and the tech was not a salesman, which I appreciated.
Comfort star assessed and replaced our HVAC units - 3 ton and 2 ton AC w/ heaters. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Not only was their price very competitive to others but their expert technician, Shane, was stellar and knew his stuff! He was methodical in his assessment, educated me on what he was looking at/for and why, and…

This is the second HVAC system I bought from Comfort Star both times they were prompt, professional and did first class work.
Wonderful service! They showed up on time and went above and beyond with their service.
The company owner took us through the HVAC process and how it worked. Presented several options and systems. We were able to make a well informed decision on what we wanted. I highly recommend them.
Very Prompt Honest and very knowledgeable. Thank you
I’ve used comfort Star for years because they are an honest and fair company. The owner is extremely hands-on, which is something that I value. At every service, each rep has troubleshot the problem correctly, but they always take that extra step to run it by their team so you’re not just getting the 1 person’s…
