Starting with the owner, and finishing with his hard working team, an amazing experience. Great professionalism, good quality/pricing offered to replace my 12 years old broken Lennox 3T 2 stage system with a newer more efficient same brand. I highly recommend them. I look forward for the same great service for my new AC maintenance.
I had a company by the name of Polar Bear AC diagnose an AC unit that had stopped cooling. They claimed that the blower was broken and I needed a motor as well. I then called Comfort Star, it was determined that the blower was improperly installed by the manufacturer. They reassembled and got the unit up and running…
We were squeezed in same day for an emergency and our technician, Shane, was excellent! He was so kind, honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain the situation to me in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. We’re so thankful to have…

The service is EXCEPTIONAL !! I had problem with my AC that was repaired twice by another company and kept failing. Comfort Star AC Repair got their crew on site on an afternoon, just couple hours after I contacted them, and fixed the problem promptly. The AC is now working perfectly. Totally recommended for any AC related issue !!
Very professional and detailed
I used this company a few years back and needed A/C services again today. My tech Shane did an excellent job answering my many questions on what repairs were needed, service plan options and completed the repairs. I decided to sign up for a maintenance plan to keep my A/C /Furnace serviced and running in the future.…
Great service. Highly recommend Jeremiah
UPDATE: needed a new drain line as the original was severely clogged. They ran a new line and I have had no issues since. So, so. Guy started trying to upsell me as soon as he entered the house. Said he cleared the drain line and that I needed a plumber to clear the line where the AC drains. I did, and still have…
The AC/Heat in my condo was not working. Jeremiah was fast to fix, polite, and professional!
Comfort Star always does a fantastic job! The logistics team kept me updated with clear communication and even provided a small arrival window, which made planning my day so much easier. I also loved being able to track everything through their app. Shane arrived right on time, was super friendly, and quickly…
Tech was thoughtful, professional, and fairly priced. We had a tricky problem partially caised by fault wiring in a complicated set up. It took some work to figure it out .
Always professional and dependable work. The techs have always been respectful and thorough. I’m glad I found Comfort Star when we first moved to Houston, they have repaired failing systems in the past and maintained our current system with dependability. Our downstairs unit went down on a weekend, and the owner…
Outstanding customer service and the technician Shane was extremely knowledgeable and confident, and extremely friendly and informative about the repairs that were needed.
So last week my ac unit went out. The air was blowing, but it wasn't blowing cool air. I've dealt with Comfort Star in the past. But I decided to use my home warranty to put in a claim. That was a big mistake. Choice Home Warranty sucks so bad, they sent out a tech from 3rd Coast HVAC. The techs who came to my house…
Fast response, immediate scheduling, prompt arrival, diagnosis and repair, with courtesy and professionalism all along the line
We had the best experience with Comfort Star, Habib (owner), Miguel and Marco (who did the replacement and reinstallation of air duct & plenums). Our house was built in the 1960s and we have always had AC issues since moving in. Regardless of the type of units installed, the AC was loud when it turned on and the…
Excellent Excellent service! Comfort Star will always be our go to for HVAC needs. They have continued to impress us over the course of the years. Habib and his crew are not only professional, knowledgeable, and competent but most importantly they go the extra mile to make sure their clients are taken care of. 100% Recommend.
Shane was wonderful to work with, he diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and took the time to make sure he answered any questions or concerns I had before he finished. Highly recommend.
