I am so happy and i highly recommend Comfort Star! They are a blessing!!!!!
We had the best experience with Comfort Star, Habib (owner), Miguel and Marco (who did the replacement and reinstallation of air duct & plenums). Our house was built in the 1960s and we have always had AC issues since moving in. Regardless of the type of units installed, the AC was loud when it turned on and the…
Excellent Excellent service! Comfort Star will always be our go to for HVAC needs. They have continued to impress us over the course of the years. Habib and his crew are not only professional, knowledgeable, and competent but most importantly they go the extra mile to make sure their clients are taken care of. 100%…
Very fast response to my service request. A knowledgeable person, reviewed fixed and carefully explained the repair and the additional checks on the A/C system. Highly recommended
I decided to get two opinions on an A/C issue and I’m thankful that I did. One A/C guy was recommended by my neighbor (because she had told me earlier that she knew a guy) and the other was Comfort Star (which I had used before - Shane both times). I called Comfort Star and was annoyed by the $65 service fee because…
A great company . Shane was the person who came to my house to fix the ac. He was very knowledgeable, was able to fix the ac.it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them . Ask forShane. Great guy .
Shane realy took the time to educate me on the problem he fixed. I really appreciate that he waited for me nearly an hour to make it home that shows me how the company understands peolples different situations and not just collecting the money. I would really recommend giving them a call if you need your a/c…
The technician (Shane) came out and diagnosed and fixed my AC this morning. He knew his stuff and gave me the option to replace an extra part that had worn out. I asked him for “brother in law” advice. Have used Comfort Star for many years and can’t recommend them high enough. Their owner Habib has been great to…
Comfort Star is an excellent company. I called my Warranty Company about my air-conditioning not working and they assigned Comfort Star who scheduled me for the same day. The receptionist that i talked to on the phone was very professional and courteous, and scheduled me for the same day based on my availability. I…
Wonderful service! They showed up on time and went above and beyond with their service.
Comfort Star was assigned for a warranty repair of the AC condenser coil. The parts were ordered and delivered but we're held in "quarantine" for 3 days per the new company policy. Once they were released for installation, the crew that arrived was very friendly and competent, and completed the work quickly and…
My experience with Comfort Star came via my home warranty company. From the initial set up with reception to the final signed repair order, I could not have asked for an easier transaction. I had the pleasure of dealing with HVAC technician Burt. Burt was the utmost professional. He was on time and was able to…
