Derek has been great! Explains the services well. Very professional& personable

Derek did an excellent job of inspecting the exterior an locating the entry points. He installed bat tubes so they can escape and not re-enter. Derek even texted pictures of the bats in the soffit. He sealed up the entry points and will be back to remove the tubes in a few weeks.

Daniel is professional and courteous. We have been working with CPS for several weeks and we're making progress!

They appeared to do great and thorough work sealing up our house from bats but I’m glad to know they warranty their work so that I can contact them again if I see any other sign of bats within the next year!

We had a new roof put on about 18 months ago, and the roofers didn’t close in all the gaps under the overhangs. Daniel did a great job removing the bats and sealing everything up.
