Eric inspected our home for inside and out to identify mouse entry points. He set traps, found 5-6 entry points and will close them. He was on time, respectful, thorough and gave clear explanations.

Eric with Community Pest Solutions has been great. He's always timely, prompt, and thorough. I find it easy to get him scheduled to come out to the house when something unexpected comes up. I utilize Community Pest Solutions on a program bases throughout the year. My primary use with them was to get rid of carpenter bees. Which worked great. But we like to have the routine battle against other pest and critters.

Community Pest and Eric are wonderful to work with. Very communicative, knowledgeable, and flexible. Great pricing and service options too. The wasps, boxelders, and ants were really bad last year until Community Pest came out - it was a night and day difference after they treated our home.

Ethan and Community Pest Solutions have helped us out several times. Ethan came by this morning and looked at some droppings in our basement and even took a picture for later identification. They also helped us one summer when a large wasp nest was built under our trim near the roof. They are always pleasant, punctual and professional.

January 2026 update - Community Pest Solutions has continued to be very responsive. I am very glad that they keep coming to help when I call. I have used Community Pest Solutions for going on six years. I have been problem free for two years because they keep the treatment up by coming 3 times a year. Works for me!

Eric came out to help us root cause some noises we were hearing in the attic. He ended up finding a racoon and signs of mice. He walked us through all the options and took care of the raccoon on site. I would absolutely recommend Community Pest Solutions to my neighbors based on our great experience with Eric!

Daniel at Community Pest Control went above and beyond for our family. He was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable around which chemicals were being used and how to keep our children and pets safe. He even rescheduled a treatment to avoid times when the kids were playing outside. I would highly recommend them.

Daniel is fantastic. He's patient and explains everything, doesn't mind answering all my questions, and is ok "taking a look at one more thing" when I randomly ask him about some dark corner of the house. After his 5 visits, we haven't seen any more nice in our basement!
