Quickly decided what should be done, and did it. Caught 2 groundhogs, don't know if any more will be caught.

Derek has done a fantastic job in trapping and removing nuisance wildlife from the foundation of a commercial building. Community Pest Solutions is responsive and easy to hire as a service.

Dylan came out to help remove an old nest stuck way up in my oven range, and he did a phenomenal job. The work involved took some serious labor of removing my microwave and cabinet panels to access the range vent. Joseph fixed our woodpecker damage and set up a prevention system to deter future woodpeckers. We also signed up for the monthly bug extermination service. Joseph was extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the whole process!

Thorough attic inspection and weekly follow up to observe further activity around pest entry point. Sealed the entry point and didn't anticipate further issues. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Arrived on time for appointments. He was thorough with the initial inspection and returned the following weeks to set traps.

we signed up for an annual service since we live in the countryside and there are always mice. We also have a raccoon that has decided to take up residence in our attic and they will remove it and relocate it.

Dylan has been timely on appointments, set traps, last visit trapped a couple rodents, more to go!

The communication was fantastic - we knew every day when they were coming and what they were doing to try to trap the pesky groundhog living under our deck. They made sure to move the traps when they weren't successful to try to identify prime spots. Will definitely call them again!

I am under general contract with this company. Had a rodent trapped in the house and they made a emergency stop to the house to leave traps and came back to collect the traps the next day with no additional charges to my yearly contract.
